Ordered a beanie for son’s birthday- a bucket hat arrived 5 days later. It took a week for the customer service team to respond saying they need to investigate and still waiting for them to sort another week in. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Absolute shocking service

Site was offering free delivery by 11th but I wanted it for 10th so opted to PAY for express delivery! Got a confirmation email then nothing else tried the online enquiry several times times only got an automated reply and then on the 4th attempt I got a tracking number this however was stating we are expecting it for over 24 hrs so I contacted them again to no avail! Rang the phone number on the Web page for online purchases to be told they no longer deal with online purchases ( hang on I ordered through you I got a confirmation through you but now you take no responsibility)
Shirt has just arrived I could have walked to Manchester with 2 broken legs to pick up the shirt quicker! Have asked for the delivery fee back but they are still ignoring my enquiries! DO NOT order from this dreadful multimillion pound organisation because they can't organise

New tickets on the app failed to work meaning I couldn't attend the match, was advised to buy a new phone which didn't solve the issue

MUFC Terrible experience with Ticket Office. I have a season ticket for over 30 years as does my son.
We cannot attend the Fulham league home game due to family matters, so have called the club numerous times to transfer the tickets for this game to someone I have a club relationship with, but the Club system does not support this option anymore, and I am put on hold for 1 hour to 2 hours then cut off, with no one answering. What is going on?

MUFC Please get this sorted as the clubs mantra that the Fans are simply Cashcows for them to make money from, is showing its true colours AGAIN…!
If MUFC are a big club with big club resources please at least answer the phone and help your fans, as I don’t have 2 hours per day to wait after calling you, to then wait and then be cut off before anyone answers..!

It’s disgraceful…!

We wanted to get tickets for the Charity Shield, got an email saw that tickets for Liverpool were also available went to the queue for Liverpool tickets in that queue for hours then told tickets sold out. But we couldn't get into the ticket queue for charity shield. so tried to call the United Ticket office only to find its closed "for maintenance" until Monday. Avid United Fan my son has Ticket as he lives in Manchester and has a season ticket I cant get a ticket so am very disspointed but it used to be a ballot that was fair and if you didnt get a ticket so be it but first come first served is poor

Tritam in customer services made mine a 5 Star experience.
Can do attitude and nothing was too much trouble.
Very friendly and professional a real credit to the club.

Great day, we did the Liverpool stadium tour the day before that was diabolical and a waste of money, this on the other hand was brilliant.

Had an amazing visit yesterday 3/4/2024 to the museum and stadium tour. Loved it. Ben and Malcolm were brilliant, very knowledgeable and they made it fun. It was our daughter's 21st birthday and they asked me if they could mention this when we got to the tunnel and they let her lead us out pitchside Highly recommend

Me and my partner had just come back from United vs Liverpool game and we was in the Warwick suite and we both want absolutely praise 1 of the members of staff Janet she was an absolute beaut to be around and made our experience! MUFC give her a raise 🙌🏻

Is anyone else sick of Rashford antics. He is lucky they play him. He had a good game finally but he is a defensive liability. He is one of the fastest players yet he he is unwilling to track back or press. It is like he thinks he is too good for that. You can’t press with him because he doesn’t. When he was scoring I think it was overlooked. If you score once every 4 games it is a problem. He could learn from Garnacho.

This is not a football club but a business for the glazers and the rat to leach off. Haven’t been competitive for 10 years, dreadful board who know nothing about football and don’t get sacked for doing a bad job, 1 billion in debt. Leaky stadium. 90s facilities for training. Specialists in failure. Glazers out! Rat out!

What a great performance vs Crystal Palace. Lots of young legs, lots of energy and no Fernandes with his attitude and ability to give the ball away cheaply. Will Ten Hag learn. Probably not. He certainly hasn't learnt that as a manager in any business its a no no to criticise an underperforming employee in public.

Great atmosphere and all staff were very friendly. I was very disappointed with some of the players prior to the game. We waited outside for their arrival along with other fans, however, some of the players just ignored the very essence that make the club great. They just ignored the loyal fans and walked straight in. Very arrogant and disgraceful. Coming from Australia I found this needed to be mentioned. Your fans are your bloodline!!!

Is ten hag on the same planet this team is hopeless and clueless if maguire is not worth a game in this side there is something drastically wrong they are awful in midfield and have no idea in defence what are the management thinking

We had an amazing time on the Museum and Stadium tour this Wednesday 13th September.
So well organised the tour guides made the experience very interesting.Lots of facts but they made it fun as well.
Fabulous thank you so much.Would definitely recommend.
