Supported MUFC All my life, now we have the Glazers, another bad manager, 70 million paid for another crock, a team of pampered millionaires, and to add insult to injury the complete opposite happening with the noisy neighbours I won’t watch, read, live anything MUFC until at least the Glazers have gone, this is sadly the general feeling of most fans, born in Trafford, old enough to remember the old second division but remember we had fight in those days, personally I’m finished.
Premium Membership pack in a broken box with used items!
I purchased a premium membership, spending 65 GBP. I was excited to open the cool black box but only became frustrated when it reached me yesterday. The membership pack arrived in a broken box with used items inside. Even one item has a drink stain on it showing that someone used it before returning it to the Man Utd store. I took photographs that I can send to the official if they want to investigate. It is truly disappointing and will put me off from buying a membership in future (it was my 8th membership and first premium membership but I never had such an experience before).

Por una vez en la vida, se da la casualidad que siendo seguidor del United en España podría asistir a un partido en Manchester.
Decido comprar el "Lite membership" (no el "full", porque con lo que va a cobrar Correos por el paquete en gastos de aduana y demás, va a salir mucho más caro y no sale a cuenta), y ya tengo problemas (la web se bloquea). Lo consigo más de una hora después.
El día siguiente, salen a la venta las entradas para los primeros partidos de la temporada. Accedo y hago la cola. Por "suerte", solo tengo a 2.700 personas delante (llegan a haber más de 70.000 según me entero luego). Finalmente entro en la web 45 minutos después, cuando todavía quedan entradas para el partido. Selecciono mi asiento, confirmo y cuando voy a completar la compra, la web se bloquea. Se queda en blanco. Después de un rato, vuelvo a la pantalla de selección de partido y cada vez que entro me sale una pantalla de error con un monstruo azul.
Horas después, cuando puedo entrar de nuevo, ya no hay entradas.
Hago una queja enviando vídeos y una foto para mostrar el problema y me dicen que más adelante habrá más entradas. Eso sí, si pago tengo una entrada hospitality garantizada (valen alrededor de 225 libras; la entrada normal no vale más de 50).
Pido más explicaciones y entonces comentan que su sistema me bloqueó por seguridad como si o yo o alguien en mi red de internet hubiera usado un robot para poder sacar las entradas o que javascript estuviera inhabilitado en el navegador (que no lo está). Es decir, que te dicen que sienten mucho lo ocurrido, pero realmente no te ayudan en nada. Normal, no se van a preocupar de un cliente que ha tenido un problema durante la compra de una entrada si hay miles de otras personas en la cola para comprarla.
Es lamentable.

Clearly sell more memberships than the amount of tickets available for a whole season. The ticket drops are a complete joke. Sit on the queue website 2 and a half hours before and 105,000 people in front of me. Just don’t bother.

Paid £30+ for membership, the pack arrives and all that was in it was a scarf (like last seasons pack), a pen (like last seasons pack), a little badge and a coaster that is so flimsy its like cardboard. When i emailed them asking them to justify over £30 for that the response was 'a lot of time and effort goes into selecting items for the membership pack each season'. Hmmm, are you sure?

I have never come across such bad customer service. I placed an order for a shirt on 1 to 2 day delivery. After 10 days no shirt. So I emailed them to this day no response. I rang I soke with a man who sounded like he couldn't careless about my shirt. He told me they had an issue with letter so the shirt couldn't be printed and leave it 4 more days. Still no shirt after 4 days. Rang again this time got told no shirts. At this point I was a little angry. Needless to say I requested my money back. This man was rude arrogant couldn't careless attitude. For a mega company this is disgusting. I'm still waiting for my money back. Avoid this online company.

Most of the complaints here are about poor shopping experiences at United. I have a different aspect of the club to write about, and it is very positive. I’ve been a season ticket holder for nearly 50 years, and recently had some illness. I spoke to the call centre and they suggested I email the accessibility team. I did so and got a fantastic response, which enabled me to once again attend matches. There is a lot of ill-feeling within OT about the Glazers, but the club really came through for me.
My experience was better than others here.
Wow, such haters on here. My experience was good with this company and I didn't have problems with them. I think the services they provide are accurate as to how they are described.
If you have set expectations when you order from them, I think they are worthwhile to try. But if you are a Karen and everything has to be perfect then this is probably not for you.

Ordered on 12th December - was told the courier could not find my address so it was being returned. I was told i need to wait 28 days and they could then resend it - I have now waited that period and I explicitly told them i wanted my order resent to me and NOT a refund as all items were in the sale and heavily discounted......sure enough i receive the refund i explicitly told them i didnt want! No one seems to be able to read properly and they dont listen to their customers- I've been ordering from the megastore for 20+ years without issues- but my last 2 orders from them- since FANATICS took over have been a shambles- wont be ordering again!
Awful online store
Terrible customer service from their online store. I ordered a kids goalkeeper shirt before Xmas, unfortunately it was the wrong size upon receipt.
I was charged £5 for delivery (on what is, let’s face it, an already vastly overpriced item) and then another £7 to return it.
I returned it on the 30th Dec and only yesterday (20th Jan) has it apparently arrived back at Man Utd. Perhaps the Glazers run the courier service too?
Now I’m told I have to wait another 14 days for a refund. I’m not holding my breath.
By contrast, I had to return an item to John Lewis the same day - free return postage and refunded within 7 days.
All my emails to manutd.com were ignored - what a shambles - just not good enough.
Update. More weeks and emails went by without any progress. I made a complaint through Resolver and surprise, surprise my refund arrived that evening. Terrible experience and I will never buy anything from the Man Utd online store again.
Recently ordered a new away shirt and…
Recently ordered a new away shirt and when received the email to confirm the order I realised the shipping address was my old address. As it was a bank holiday and gone 6 at night couldn’t get in touch until the following morning. I spoke to a female called Jordan who proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do anything as the label had been printed 30 minutes later of me saying “but it’s still in your warehouse “ and her saying there’s nothing I can do she says “ is there anything else I can help you with today “ what a joke. Luckily my wife was able to intercept the parcel on the courier’s website but utd customer service is an absolute joke first and last time I give them my money 😡😡😡
