I spent a lot of money on nano ring hair extentions, approx 450 € for four packs that was supposed to last 6-12 months. I am trained in hair extentions and know how to look after them. The hair did not last to 8 weeks before the quality began to disintegrate. I am very disappointed as I feel I was mislead in the description on the website and havnt recieved my first order. I also paid an extra 15 euro for a fast delivery that took 3 weeks to arrive. When my second order that arrived came, I was happy with the quality and colour but they do not las 6-12 months

Fast and reliable delivery. Reasonable prices.

Have just ordered my third weft. Very good customer service and prompt delivery. If you have curly hair I would order about two to four inches longer than usual.

I ordered hair extensions and paid extra to be delivered by DHL express 2-3 days.
I’m being told now that they are being delivered by fedex and it will be 6 days.
This wasn’t what I wanted nor what I ordered.
I have asked for a full refund as it is within my consumer rights.
I will update when I receive my full refund.
I will be taking it up with PayPal of the company aren’t helpful.

08/08/21 UPDATE
I’ve now had notification that the delivery is DELAYED. So I won’t be receiving the express delivery I paid an additional £15 for.
Utter Utter rubbish.

11/08/21 UPDATE
Not received as promised.Another delay notification with no date of delivery being given.
Refund requested again for the 4th time.
No one returns my messages.

Another delay.
I’ve asked to speak with someone and they aren’t even acknowledging this.

Second time purchasing from this page. The hair is of good quality and great colour selection.
This time I got a weft and there is a lot of hair, enough for 2 half head sets.
My previous purchase was invisible hair and I was very happy with that item too.
Overall good experience.

Hair Quality is fabulous and does exactly what i need it to do for my clients. Ordering is fast and simple. But do check your colours

Terrible customer service !!

I’ve been patient and whatnot but they don’t want to value me as a customer

I went into a splash pad with my child and when I went home my hair was tangled to a Matt and untanglable

When I asked for a discount or a replacement they gave me a $10 gift voucher after 2/5 packs I bought where ruined!!’

They didn’t do anything to help me and took days on days to reply instead of being responsive to my questions and valuing me as a customer I sent photos and everything but nope! Gave me a $10 voucher after I spent over $500 🙄 thank you sooo much!

I order from here alot. It's easy to use the website and I get everything within 2 weeks!

The hair i received it was very very thin and once washed it matted up very easily it is quite unmanageable i have been wearing extensions for the last 10 years so i know good quality hair and unfortunately the hair i received was far from good. I will be needing to order another set now because i am unable to wear it as it is way to thin and doesn't look natural or good at all.
I am aware of what I ordered in the past which was many years ago and I remember now that the reason I didn’t order again was due to the quality and even at 10 pieces it was still thin and the clips were terrible and still are when washed the hair mattes up and get a frizzy

Or shed. I’ve bought more expensive brands before that were horrible. Haven’t received my second order but will post another review. Based on my last purchase though it was a good experience and the price is unbeatable

I order quite frequently since discovering the website, they are much more affordable than ones you find on Amazon. Better quality also. I purchase 24 inch black extensions and sometimes some blonde ones for some added colour. I've bought about 5 or 6 packs now since finding them and will keep purchasing. They don't have a strong coloured smell like other brands, they are much nicer quality than all others I have found. Very happy with them

I was not happy with the product sent to me. I’ve requested a full refund and all they have done is either offer me 7% off . When I made it clear that I wanted a full refund they have COMPLETELY IGNORED ME, and will not respond to any emails or calls

Bad quality I got in my sec order I contacted them and they didn’t care had someone who couldn’t even type a proper sentence respond saying they check the quality... and did nothing

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Poor quality extensions and AWFUL customer service. When contacted customer service, they don’t even respond at all and they just ignore you. They claim you have 1 week to return the products, but they won’t even tell you the return address. What a scam of a company. Don’t waste your time and money. Super disappointed.

So dissatisfied with the “golden blonde” #16 it looks nothing like the photo as the one I have received is orange with no tones of blonde what so ever. I have shopped the shade of 16 before and never got this kind of colour. Not true to photo.

Please do not buy these hair extensions . They are deceptive . The colour chart on website do not match the products they send and the they say they refund/ exchange but charge shipping on both sides which is more than the actual extensions . If you want good quality extensions buy from eden hair. They have replied saying the colour #33 is red . It is not I have colour chart from website for proof . #30 is red. Please go and check their website . If you are genuine , then send me the correct color as per site colour chart with free return shipping . It is definitely deceptive colours and your fault so do not write further deceptive defences to review

If I could give it no stars I would absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my whole entire life. Ordered end of January, paid for express to come in two days. I didn’t get it until early March and that’s only because I told them I wanted a refund. Didn’t even send me what I ordered , won’t give me a refund without taking photos of the hair and telling the, in depth what’s wrong with it. Have a week to return it that’s if they tell you in a week what the return address even is. Don’t ever order from here , terrible , horrible. I’m disgusted

I ordered and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and I haven’t received it! Now I’m not even sure if the site is real!! Will be asking for a refund..Most companies give you an updated email when your order is shipped I have received no communication except for the first email saying that it was in stock with a tracking number that does not give me any updates it just takes me back to the website. Horrible horrible service no one answers the phone either
