19 days to deliver, poorly packed and shoes ordered a size 4 and look like a six so cheap and nasty plastic and advertised as real leather reduced from £80 to £40, better shoes from charity shop avoid at all costs

I bought a jacket from there but unfortunately the size was too big for me. I was not very happy with the design either so I decided to return it. From the beginning I got in contact with customer service and they helped me straight away with the whole process. So at the end I must say that the customer service is good and helpful.

One thing I liked was how feminine the styles feel without looking too overdone. Some stores try too hard with details but these pieces stay pretty balanced. Easy to style too because most colors are neutral and classy. Feels very wearable for actual life.

got one of the summer dresses and it instantly became my idk what to wear outfit. easy but still looks dressed up.

Ordered 2 items never received keep getting messages as dispatched but Royal Mail reference not working just keep saying in transit from the reviews i have read this company is fraud

what arrived after weeks of waiting was the cheapest pair of plastic sandals you could imagine

Like most people on this sight I email Mary Yeager and got a reply from the bot (Sophie Smith)
No return label ,It would be up to me to pay for the item to be return. Was offered 30% and keep the item or give to a charity shop, just like others on this site. tbh I wouldn't give the sandals to a charity shop as I'm sure they would have been rejected. They have gone to recycling. I settled for 50% of my money back as I was getting annoyed with the whole Mary Yeager experience. If I could have this co removed from the web I would. I took a hit of £20...not the end of the world but really,I wouldn't recommend Mary Yeager to my worst enemy .Their site says 30 day money back guarantee, not true, free shipping, not true.

You will receive a reply from Mary Yeager customer service team..saying how sorry they are at how your experience with then ended. Mary Yeager is a scam co,and they know they. Please avoid at all cost.

Cannot trust this company sadly.
I ordered a dress from what I believed to be a UK company. What was delivered was NOTHING like advertised, wrong colour, poor quality and shapeless, button elastic didn't even stretch far enough to go around the buttonss.
When I complained, Sophie got in touch to offer a 15% discount on return of the item, but it needed to be sent back to China.
I stated my contract was with them as a UK company, not the warehouse in China. I was then offered a 30% discount and keep the dress to gift it or give it to charity! The elastic for the buttons doesn't stretch enough to go around the buttons, so without alterations the dress is useless.
Why would I give a dress I can't wear to someone as a gift or to a charity shop?
I opened a chargeback with my credit card, and hey presto I got a full refund and was asked to remove my initial review in exchange for that, which I did as I believed 'Sophie' when she said they were a UK company doing their best and looking at quality issues in the supply chain. I even wished her all the best with her company.
I now see they are no longer a UK company (this has happened in the last 2 days) and have suddenly moved to the Netherlands, so do not feel this is a trustworthy business at all.
Avoid at all costs, it will take your time, energy and money and you will get nothing in return except really shoddy goods. Reading the reviews, I am one of the lucky ones as I got a full refund, but I believe that is only because I raised an issue with my credit card company.

They respond to your poor review with a with a well written e mail offering to help resolve the matter whilst you’re already in dispute with their customer service refusing to refund the full amount unless you pay up to £40 shipping costs. Do not buy!

I ordered a jacket from Mary Yeager after seeing it advertised as leather on what appeared to be a UK-based website. The reality was very different: the item arrived from China, is 100% polyester, and the fit is poor.

When I complained, I was offered a 15% cash refund plus 30% store credit, not a full refund, which is what UK consumer law entitles you to when goods are materially misdescribed. I have rejected this and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

If you're considering buying from this site: check product materials carefully, be aware orders ship from China, and note that the business is based in the Netherlands. A polyester jacket advertised as leather is a clear case of misrepresentation regardless of where the seller is based.

Would have given a zero if I could. Ordered an outfit for my daughter’s wedding waited nearly 3 weeks for it to come then when it came it was see through, poor quality. I asked to return it but was told it would cost 20-40 pound to return so they offered me a replacement which I didn’t want or 15% back of my money which is pathetic. I would not recommend to friends or family

a scam plain and simple, i already sent you an email on thew 13 May 2026 with the pictures of the stuff you sent me which is not the stuff shown on your website.

DO NOT USE. FALSE ADVERTISING, CHEAP AND NASTY. The jacket said genuine leather, but was 100% polyester. I’ve been offered a partial refund, but have to pay for shipping costs. despite their returns policy stating pre paid label will be sent if product incorrect. Not based on uk, as stated. The whole website is a lie and a scam.

Mary Yeager nothing like the website! Terrible quality. Not as described. Not leather! The jacket did not fit right either. I waited 16 days for the parcel to arrive. Absolute rubbish from China.

Ordered a coat a week ago its not been sent yet, so haved asked for a refund after reading these reviews. Hopefully I can give a good review if I receive it.

I ordered shoes 11 days ago which have not arrived. No tracking information on the progress of the order. I’ve sent 2 emails to their advertised support email address.
No response from them at all.
I’m very sad - these shoes were for a new job I started and I’ve been left waiting around and will now need to purchase new shoes elsewhere. I’m afraid I won’t get refund as they seem to be a fake company.

I ordered a leather jacket according the item description on their website. I received the ugliest jacket possible, nothing like the photos, not leather, not the same material, not same model, nothing. I asked for refund as their refund and return policy says if the product is incorrect, customer is entitled to full refund and prepaid shipping label to send the item back. They refuse to give me any of those, I had to talk to them for almost 3 days and to explain over and over again that I am entitled to my refund and they have to give it to me. They still refused, saying that the most i can get it 60% and I keep the product, which it is no use to me. Had to raise dispute through my bank, then magically they have refunded me the money.

Another order was better because it never arrived to me due to some delivery issues and it has been returned to them. I am currently waiting my refund on that.

Fraudulent. Pose as a company with UK premises but when they send wrong item they insist its to be sent to china!!

Basically they send wrong item an make it impossible for you to get refund! Avoid.

Customer Experience

I ordered what was supposed to be brand new suit from Mary Yeager and I was sent very rough looking suit without tag. It was obvious it is not new. I contacted their customer service and I waited days before they answered. Poor Fabric Quality!!!

They said I will need to send the item to China and it will cost me £20 or I could keep it for 30% refund and give it away to Charity or free exchange.
I asked them why they could do free exchange but not free return??! They sent me an address in China and maintained what they said before. This must be the most expensive return ever on earth!

Update:
1. After previous review I contacted the customer service as advised by the person that responded to my review. We were able to both reach a compromise of them sending 50% refund while I keep the suit.
2. The company is refusing to give the refund until I change the whole review in a way that will portray them positively. Reviews are based on personal experience. This issue has not been resolved satisfactorily as of today (14/05/2026) because the refund is based on Review removal!
