Masterclass provide a simple yet effective service which is supported by a team that are friendly and eager to help. There products are of a high quality and i could not recommend the Masterclass team from Atlantic more!

We’re in love with our Masterclass Kitchen; fabulous quality! We had great service from Joe at Home Sweet Home, from start to finish we had a brilliant experience from both companies. Highly recommend!

Masterclass are suggesting that I pay for replacement unit doors that have been so poorly manufactured that the laminate is becoming detached. This has been an ongoing problem since my kitchen was installed. They even admitted to my installer that they had manufacturing / processing problems.

After giving the original order number to which they ought to be able to trace the numerous replacements they have supplied so far, a day and a half later complete silence.

Update response from Masterclass
Hello Paul,



Upon reviewing our records, it is evident that your initial order was fulfilled in November 2015. Subsequently, we executed a replacement of your doors in November 2017, followed by the replacement of an additional 5 doors in February 2018. The remaining frontage drawer fronts, panels, and doors were supplied in December 2019.



We then received a further report of delamination in 2016, but as your doors were outside of the Masterclass Kitchens warranty, these were chargeable.



Our Warranty is clearly stated that from the original order date, the Masterclass Kitchens Warranty is for 6 years, and door replacements are exclusively covered by the manufacturer's 12-month warranty.



Considering the timeframe, your kitchen unfortunately lies beyond the scope of both the Masterclass Kitchens warranty and the manufacturer's 12-month warranty. Consequently, the associated costs for addressing your order are applicable.



Should you wish to obtain a quote for replacement doors, PB Home Solutions will be able to assist you.

Thank you for your email that just about agrees with my records, so regardless of the fact that you admitted to my installer that you had manufacturing/ processing problems which you attributed to your poor quality shoddy product you still expect me to pay for replacements.

As you can see I have had a lot of replacements due to poor quality.

Since I started this review I have learned a few things, Masterclass guarantee their base units and cupboards for 10 years and doors and drawer fronts for 3 years my error was that I didn’t check or find out about these guarantees but then I didn’t expect deterioration so rapidly and frequently.
I just asked my installer to revamp my kitchen he happens to procure and install Masterclass products. The installers planning, project management and and fitting was excellent.
Recently I have looked at three other kitchen providers out of interest, of these three one clearly states on their web site units guaranteed for 25 years and doors and drawer fronts 5 years, one stated units guaranteed for 25 years but didn’t mention doors so in an online chat I was informed 5 years for doors and drawer fronts, the third supplier stated units at 25 years I didn’t ask about doors.
So you can see there is a difference between suppliers,
My suggestion is do your research, look at reviews, ask questions and see if you can talk to other people about their experiences and then make an informed choice then hopefully you will not end up being an unhappy customer like me.

We have just had a Masterclass kitchen installed. It is everything we hoped it to be! High quality, looks great. It's a premium product and we are over the moon with it.

We never really thought we'd go so far as to buy a kitchen at this level of quality but Polo is very persuasive. However, from start to finish this was an entirely new and fantastic experience for us. From the initial consultation with Polo Olivier at masterclass.je, the incredible range and choice of styles and the ongoing design process, everything was thoughtful and patient. At no point were we rushed and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Our building was an odd shape and we had to make a number of alterations along the way and this was all seamlessly accommodated. The attention to detail and the level of experience brought to bear on the design has been second to none. The quality of the cabinets, doors, fittings and finishes is simply excellent. The smooth operation of the soft close and assisted lifting is outstanding. The finish quality of the doors and the edges is fantastic. The installation went smoothly and the fitters were a pleasure to have around. We're absolutely delighted with the result. There's no doubt this has been a 10/10 experience for us - and that's a first.

We are delighted with our Masterclass Kitchen installed and fitted by Jay from the Hertfordshire Kitchen Company in our new Kitchen/Diner. The design we discussed was quickly emailed to us. The units were delivered on the delivery date given. We chose the H-Line Hampton Silk in Powder Blue with Titanium effect handle rails. From our first visit to the Showroom, Jay answered our questions honestly and thoughtfully which we really appreciated. The Ware Showroom is well laid-out with a lot of the units in situ and Ange helped us choose our two matching ovens. Jay has a relaxed manner, worked hard and cleanly and tidied up well at the end of each day.
He did a great job and it is much appreciated.

We've used Masterclass furniture in our Kitchen, Utility, Home Office and spare bedroom... A great range of options, colours, sizes etc.
Would highly recommend their products and would suggest looking for your local independent retailer who can provide the care and attention it deserves!

My Masterclass kitchen is everything I imagined it would be and more. The quality of the cabinets are in my opinion unrivaled and the solid wood doors with the wood grain visible add a touch of country to an otherwise contemporary scheme.

I can’t believe the amount of weight you can put into the pan drawers with absolutely no impact on the movement what so ever and the piste de resistance has to be the huge corner larder that’s big enough to house our entire food contents.

We had our Masterclass Kitchen installed in Jersey CI and we are very happy with the quality. We had quite a tight budget, but there is no way you could tell as it looks great. I particularly love the cupboards with the white doors and light wood finish interior - it looks really high end.
The only reason I have not given 5/5 is because there was a delay in delivery. Unfortunately everything was sent to Guernsey, rather than Jersey. This had a knock on effect on the fitters, electrician & plumber. But ultimately we are very happy with the end result.

We recently had our kitchen fitted by wisteria kitchens in Newton abbot that are a showroom for Masterclass.

We are so happy with the quality of the kitchen, the edges of the inside cabinets are super strong and look like solid wood! The internals of the drawer are also the same colour so the cutlery drawer matches! No plastic or cheap trays, so adds to that bespoke feel and also take a lot of weight!

The units came very well packaged which made installation super quick and easy. They also supply the little things such as a good service gap behind the units, and a removable grey plastic base for the sink unit which is great for all this chemical drips and rubber door buffers on the inside! They are built into the door so you don’t ever have to worry about the little rubber bumpers falling off! The plinths are also edged which is great relief for mopping the floors no more blown plinths or plinth strips! All in all fantastic kitchen and fantastic installation.

You could find a cheaper kitchen but for the colour choice and the range of doors if your super fussy are great! You’d be hard pressed to find an equivalent match for the price!

We're in love with our new kitchen, it doesn't just look amazing but it's so practical with our Space Tower larder and integral Vela Bin, everything has its place. I can not recommend them enough.

Did a lot of research on kitchens and masterclass kitchens kept popping up, found a local retailer who showed the product and I was impressed, we went for a H-Line kitchen in burnt umber and farmhouse oak, quality is first class and the features of the vela bin and internal draws are amazing, I would highly recommend Masterclass kitchens.

We absolutely love our Masterclass kitchen! We went for a shaker style kitchen and we especially love our SpaceTower larder in Portland Oak, which not only is super practical but also gives our kitchen a bespoke look! We had amazing service from our local retailer - overall a superb experience.

We took delivery of the kitchen in March. However 0nly x 2 out of the 42 door/panels etc were the correct shade and quality spec of Masterclass' Hunter Green. The replacements took x 3 months to be delivered from Wales and it was left to us to dispose of the old doors!!!
One of the new doors however needed replacing because it was marked, when it arrived this also was the incorrect shade.
We couldn't stand anymore hassle and further delays so accepted this door.
We have accepted £500 compensation from Masterclass which is only a tiny % of the total kitchen cost.
Based on our experience sadly we would not recommend Masterclass kitchen or customer care.

Not only do I sell Masterclass Kitchens in my Hertfordshire Showroom I have also installed an Ashbourne Classic Shaker kitchen in Vintage Rose and a beautiful Masterclass Boot room in Coastal Mist. They are both stunning and we love the boot room which is used constantly after dog walks, and sorting out our horses! They offer a superb service with fantastic after sales. We are delighted with our new rooms!

Our experience at Totnes Tile, Bathroom & Kitchen Studio was amazing, their knowledge from design to installation was incredible especially Adam. They were always there with answers if you had any questions. We are delighted with the quality of Masterclass kitchens. The finish in the draws and cupboards is beautiful, the design of the kitchen has made life so easy and enjoyable when cooking, it’s become a real sociable place to be. We had such a choice when choosing our Masterclass kitchen, the door finishes, colour and accessories. Fantastic company.

I had a Masterclass Kitchen fitted by The Hertfordshire Kitchen Company in October 2021 and it still looks as good as the day it was installed.

I had seen Masterclass advertising in home magazines and thought they would be way over my budget but decided to investigate in any case. So glad I did as after visiting the showroom I realised what great quality the cabinets were. We finally chose the Roma range in Light grey and dust grey so that there is a slight difference in the wall cabinets to the floor cupboards. There as so many different styles of kitchen to choose from so it took a while to finally decide on the right one for us. The cupboards arrived ready made and just needed to be installed. There was a slight mark on one if the cupboard doors but this had been noticed by Masterclass just as the kitchen was about to be shipped and they had already ordered the replacement door so that it was delivered a short time after the main kitchen.

Having had a Wickes kitchen previously I am so glad I stumbled across Masterclass Kitchens. They are much higher quality in my opinion and I would and have recommend to friends who are looking to change their kitchens. To date I have had no problems with the kitchen and it is admired by everyone who visits.

Great service from Masterclass and The Hertfordshire Kitchen Company.

We have just had our Masterclass kitchen designed and fitted by KBB of Ipswich. We are absolutely delighted with the quality which is first class. The finish on all the surfaces is fantastic and the manner in which doors, drawers etc operate is superb. Door shuts and lines are incredibly good. Any kitchen represents a big investment nowadays but we had quotes for bespoke installations which were far more expensive than Masterclass. In fact our finished kitchen more than matches bespoke products we have seen for quality and finish. We are incredibly pleased with the value for money we achieved.

We purchased our Masterclass kitchen from RLA Design and Development and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We chose the Italia Range in gloss white as our kitchen space is small and dark. This range worked really well for us as the light reflects on the doors and really opens the space up. The finer details of the Masterclass Kitchens are what really bring the wow factor to the space. There is also so much choice I only wish I had a bigger kitchen to complete. Our kitchen has been fitted for just over two years now and it is still as perfect as the day it was installed. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and we would not hesitate to recommend Masterclass Kitchens and RLA Design and Development.

After a year after the final kitchen installation I am still over the moon with my Masterclass Kitchen.
I met with Allan from Ivybridge Bathroom & Kitchens to come up with the best design for my Kitchen/dining room. The CAD images were so realistic it really helped me to visualise the space and what was possible. The design and installation process was so seamless. I am so impressed with the quality of the Kitchen and highly recommend Masterclass Kitchens.
