Very impressed with Masterclass kitchens from the design concept, to the installation of our kitchen and utility and boot room ! The quality is superb and loving our new rooms!

I recently had a Masterclass kitchen (and utility room) installed by ASE Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd Ludlow.

The Masterclass product chosen was a H-Line Sutton Silk Highland Stone & Ligna Mayfield Oak kitchen with Highland Stone & Portland Oak Cabinets with Graphite Handle rails.

Masterclass signature items included in the kitchen:
* 2 x corner pull-outs to maximise space;
* 2 x 300mm pull-out Magna space larder towers and
* Stainless steel Blum Drawers

As our utility room is narrow, we used the same Sutton Silk Highland Stone materials and had a bespoke design built on-site.

The Masterclass product is excellent quality and well worth the investment. Each item is user-friendly, robust and solid. All cupboards and drawers open smoothly and are well designed for family life. I cannot find any fault with any of the Masterclass product. Put simply, you get what you pay for.

Our experience dealing with ASE from the initial stages of selecting the right product to finally getting the kitchen and utility room installed has been overwhelmingly positive.

The ASE design process is lengthy to ensure that you make informed choices to create and achieve a space that you will enjoy for years to come. We found all ASE staff to be friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

The ASE team work hard to deliver a quality product in the most effective manner, always considering their customers needs. The installation team are diligent with attention to detail which ensures the successful completion of your project. I have no hesitation in recommending either Masterclass kitchens or ASE.

Absolutely beautiful kitchen. The walnut insides are almost as pretty to look at as the fronts that we actually went for. Wonderful glides of the drawers and the choice of the different types was just perfect. Highly recommend a Masterclass Kitchen especially if fitted by Taylor Made DBK.

Our Masterclass Kitchen was fitted by Owen Williams Kitchens in Coalville. We went for the H Line design with light grey and mayfield oak doors. The handle rail is titanium.
We experienced an excellent service and would highly recommend both Owen Williams and the quality of Masterclass Kitchens.

Over the years we have had many kitchens fitted but have to say this is the best one yet!
We went to ASE Kitchens & Bathrooms in Ludlow who were first class in their dealings with us; they provided a full service from listening initially to my requirements, advising, designing, through to fitting the kitchen and utility.
We chose the Masterclass H-Line in Sutton Silk - Autumn Blush with a complimentary oak finish to some units.
Some of the features I am especially pleased with are the wall bi-fold units which fold upwards, the Vela bins (so useful) and the Hi-Line base unit with pull out drawers; so easy to reach everything. The drawer systems in some of the other units are also good to use, pulling out smoothly and closing with a soft close and the Le Mans corner unit makes good use of hard to reach areas.
We are absolutely thrilled with the Masterclass kitchen and utility, its proving to be extremely hard wearing and the service from ASE was second to none.
Have already recommended Masterclass kitchens to others as well as ASE Kitchens & Bathrooms.

Our Masterclass kitchen installed by the wonderful people at Tu Mewn has transformed our home. I adore my corner pantry cupboard, and the quality of the cabinets is superb, I cannot recommend highly enough.

The quality of a Masterclass kitchen is second to none. The ease of the soft-close cupboard’s and drawers to the highly desired colour scheme’s. We have had many kitchens over the years, the usual High St brands. None of them feels and looks like the Masterclass range. From the clips inside the cupboards to the handles and the kidney corner pull-out unit, all of it, beautifully practical! With thanks to @teifikitchens Cardigan for top quality installation.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. We chose the Marlborough range in ivory.
From our initial visit to Jones Britain showroom to completion of the works the process was seamless and on time.
The design met all our expectations, making the kitchen more efficient and a joy to work in.
The trades persons were professional and tidy and kept us informed as the fitting progressed.
The quality of the kitchen is first class, we thoroughly recommend Masterclass Kitchens and Jones Britain.

We have recently had a new masterclass kitchen and are super happy with it, we purchased it from wisteria kitchens, who were also very helpful. They walked us through all the different design features and finishes. After looking at many different kitchen brands we felt that masterclass just stood out over the others, we are especially happy with the internal magic pullout as they look really special with the oak matching the units. Whilst we were in the showroom we got to meet Tom the rep from masterclass who was again extremely helpful. As soon as we left wisteria’s showroom we both agreed we were in safe hands as it is quite a daunting and stressful process buying a kitchen. We love entertaining and showing it off to friends, and I must say it’s been fitted beautifully by wisteria, they made the whole experience a seamless one. We definitely would recommend both masterclass and wisteria to everyone. A class above the rest !

We had a Masterclass kitchen fitted by a local company in June 2020. We were really pleased with the kitchen when first fitted and gave fabulous reviews. However the problems began within 3 months or so. One of the larder doors warped at the top - this was replaced by the fitters without question. Next the hinges on a bridging cupboard prevented it from closing properly - again sorted out by the fitters. But most concerning was the painted finish on the doors. Along the edges of the shaker style doors cracks started to appear in the paintwork within 3 months of fitting and this has happened to a number of doors and drawers now. The fitter asked the Masterclass rep to inspect the doors as clearly there was a fault with the painted finish. The rep took several months to visit. The rep was pleasant and took photos of the flaws etc but didn’t indicate what the response would be. We then didn’t hear back for several weeks. Eventually the fitters were told by Masterclass that the fault was due to our cleaning regime ( despite never asking what that was so how would they know?) and refused to rectify the damage. They simply dismissed it and never enquired how we clean actually clean the doors. We clean the cupboard doors with a damp cloth only and never having put cleaning agents on the doors it was really frustrating to be accused of otherwise. If the damage was due to our cleaning regime then I would be interested to know why not all the doors are affected? The cupboards themselves are sturdy although the drawers don’t run as smoothly as they did when new and have come off the runners at times. We bought a Masterclass kitchen by recommendation believing it to be a quality product and one which would last for years. Sadly this has not proved to be the case. I cannot comment on all the finishes but our experience with the painted finish has been a very negative one and the response of Masterclass accusing us as customers as not caring for a kitchen that we spent a considerable sum of money on is beyond disappointing.

Ordered Lithium Graphite kitchen wall units from Britannia Design to build garden bar, units are very strong as 22mm thick rather than others 18mm. Finished result looks amazing, very professional.
Delivered on-time to required room, very well packaged and no damage.

We chose a master class when renovating Our house and we were not disappointed! From start to finish there were no problems at all, and they couldn’t do enough for us! The product in itself is faultless and of a very high quality, we are very pleased and will be for many years to come!

We chose master class for our new kitchen when renovating our home because for me it had designs I hadn’t seen anywhere else which gave it a more bespoke and high end feel! From start to finish there were no problems at all and they were even very understandable and accommodating when our times were running behind for the delivery for the builders to install it, They were more than happy to store it for us at Atlantic kitchen and bathrooms which was where I had bought it from, even when designing it all and choosing the final touches I was supported in every stage and they also were more than happy to listen to my ideas too! But the most impressive part is the quality of the product! It’s that well made thy my builders are having them installed into their own homes as they said they hadn’t worked with such great quality furniture in years! Also whenever anyone comes into the kitchen they are all wowed by it! So a very happy customer here!

I wanted a sleek modern kitchen and when I went to Owen Williams Kitchens I knew straight away that the Masterclass product was for me.
So many designs and colours to choose from. Owen and Paul have a wealth of knowledge, I knew what I didn’t want and these guys guided me have given me my dream kitchen.

I chose the Sutton range in Light Grey H Line handle less with a contrasting graphite handle rail. The units are beautiful, the craftsmanship impeccable.

From start to finish Owen’s team were fabulous, friendly, professional. I can’t thank each and everyone of them enough.

Purchased a Masterclass kitchen and had it installed in August 2021. Kitchen “finished” in March 2022 due to having to replace the majority of the cupboard doors on some occasions 3 times. Doors/drawer front paint finish had imprints that were not supposed to be there. Really poor quality and not something we expected from Masterclass. We even had a home visit from a Masterclass representative who agreed the door finish was not up to standard.

Even poorer customer service. We requested an apology letter through our supplier from Masterclass and the most we got was an indirect email to the supplier and not to ourselves. They also credited the suppliers account rather than compensating us directly. Kitchen now “finished”. But would not ever use Masterclass again for future projects and will not recommend.

Having a small space to work with i wanted to have as much storage as possible.
After comparing a lot of kitchens, I fell in love with the Masterclass range, especially the wood effect cabinets with matching cutlery tray.
The designer was incredible and knowledgeable. He worked his magic and created the perfect layout.
Thank you Masterclass, you have made my dream kitchen.

We purchased our Masterclass kitchen from Atlantic, we chose a light grey high gloss and a white mirror chip worktop this was a difficult decision as there are so many different options you can have, we can not fault Masterclass kitchen well made and great designs. I love it.

We purchased out bespoke kitchen, designed by Barnie Jones from ASE plumbing and Heating supplies Ltd. We chose a Masterclass Hardwick kitchen in 3 colours The island unit in Vintage Rose - the oven/fridge freezer units in Light Grey and the rest in Graphite. the work tops are Silstone Eternal Marquina and the combination looks amazing and defines working areas. All appliances are Neff. The kitchen works so well and we just love it

We got our masterclass kitchen from Britannia Design.
We chose Ashbourne painted kitchen doors and used two complimenting colurs of graphite for our island and scots grey for the wall units.
The fitters were able to use masterclass trims and panels to give an inframe look that we wanted in the kitchen.
Extra matching features such as the mantel over the hob all finished off the coordinated look.
A large range of sizes meant we were able to keep the desired feel of a bank of pantry units even when the builders told us that a wall had to be moved.
Very happy with the quality of cabinets, doors and fixtures.

Our kitchen is small but the designer was amazing and made the most out of the space. We went with a light grey handle-less kitchen with oak effect cabinets (Portland Oak i think it was called).The quality of the kitchen is by far the best I have seen compared to other manufacturers on the market and a pleasure to install. So pleased with my Masterclass kitchen that I used their furniture to create a TV wall in my living room.
