We recently had a Masterclass Handle-less Sutton Coastal Mist / Deco Silver Oxide kitchen fitted by Jay @ The Hertfordshire Kitchen Company in Sandon Hertfordshire.
The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and very professional. Jay's attention to detail on the fitting side was meticulous, he was exceptionally tidy and endeavoured to keep disruption done to a minimum (not easy when having a kitchen replaced)
The Masterclass Kitchen is of true quality, especially the incredibly smooth soft close drawers. We had their Space Tower larder units that makes getting items from the back easy as the drawers fully extend. They also take an incredible amount of weight.
We are very pleased with our kiitchen and get envious comments from our friends.

Fantastic product and service from creation to aftercare. We bought our masterclass H line handleless kitchen from Declan at Elmview Interiors. They had a fantastic new showroom with a number of masterclass’s different ranges on display. We opted for under worktop lighting, a pull out corner unit and large pan drawers. We we’re so impressed, we ended up purchasing our utility room through them too in a contrasting colour but also in the same H line range. We had 2 pull out larders.

Declan was faultless and clearly has a real flare and eye for design. I would 100% recommend Elmview Interiors in Burton and would recommend Masterclass Kitchens to all my friends and family. In fact a friend has just purchased a H line from Declan and my mother in law is looking at one of their new suede colour ways in the H line range for her new property.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Barnaby and his team are true professionals, the quality of their work is of the highest standard.
We had a complete re-fit as our original kitchen was from MFI !!
From stepping out of the showroom to the day they completed our kitchen, we knew we were in great hands, Barnaby helped us through every stage from design to finish, and we are truly grateful for his expertise and professionalism, we chose Sutton Heather slate and light grey doors , with Mistral solid worktops. Barnaby loves your kitchen as much as you do, and this shows in how much time he puts into the designing, and he will sort out the electricians, flooring and plasterers so you do not have to worry about finding the tradesmen, these were excellent.
Mike and Paul the kitchen fitters were a pleasure to have in the house, their quality of work is outstanding, and they always left , leaving everything clean and tidy. They are a great team, and often had us in tears of laughter, ( as long as there is tea and a bun or 4 !!)
Kat is always on hand if you need anything sorted and keeps you updated with dates, times and is always there if anything needs changing, she is very professional and was always lovely to see her, nothing is too much trouble for Kat to sort.
We are so pleased we went to Britannia Design as we now have the kitchen we could have only dreamed of, and we had a budget, which Barnaby helped us stick too, which was amazing as the kitchen really does look out of this world, the white goods are top of the range and are so easy to use .
Everytime we step into our kitchen we can not believe it is ours, we are over the moon with how beautiful it is, and how easy it is to work in, as it was designed around how we use it. Our kitchen is not the biggest but the design has made it feel bigger and we now love to be in it.
If you want a kitchen that you will love to show people, then pop into Britannia Design and speak to Barnaby we promise you it will be the best decision you will ever make. So on a final point, we wanted to say " Thank you so much Barnaby and your wonderful team, you really have changed our home and we will be forever grateful ". Masterclass Kitchens truly are in a league of their own, and choosing them will be a decision you will not regret.

In July 2021 we hired Britannia Design in Chelmsford to renovate our back room into an open plan setup. They recommended we use Masterclass as the kitchen unit provider and the end result is excellent. We went with the Scott Grey units with Oxford Blue Island in a H line finish.

We are so happy with the end result. The kitchen looks modern and clean. The quality of the product and the high standard of installation means after a year's use everything looks and feels like it's still just fitted.

I would highly recommend Britannia Design and also Masterclass kitchens.

As a independent kitchen retailer of Masterclass kitchens and having had one in my home for the last 2 years I absolutely love the product. I have supplied and fitted one for my in-laws, my own parents and my brother all of whom are delighted. The design features available within the range is second to non and the aftercare service is also very good.

We love our Masterclass kitchen. The quality is outstanding. The internal storage gives us such a huge amount of space, our Space tower is the hero of the kitchen!

I ordered this kitchen because I wanted all drawers, and theirs were super-deep. However, the front of the drawer may appear deep, but the backs are standard size, meaning everything falls over the back and sides preventing the drawer from closing. They are a nightmare, and unusable for anything higher than standard drawer height. I contacted Masterclass to politely tell them they could improve their design, and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Clearly they don't care that much about their customers.

Nearly a year ago we ordered a kitchen from Masterclass through one of their approved suppliers and before Christmas it was partially fitted with ongoing replacement parts continuing.
The manufacturing design, making and packing have all proven to be of a very poor standard and quality. It has been suggested through the supplier that the issues identified during installation are as a result of a lack of customer care. The kitchen door surfaces it seems are very precious, well that’s our interpretation of what we are being told. We don't want a precious kitchen, we thought we bought a working kitchen.
Issue highlights:
1. Incorrect parts arrived from factory albeit labels on boxes stated correct parts resulting in kitchen fitters having to remake a cupboard (or we wait "at least 10 weeks" while it’s made) leaving us without a kitchen.
2. Parts in boxes damaged and yet boxes undamaged suggesting they were packed damaged.
3. Doors poorly made to inferior quality standards resulting in all doors being replaced at least twice with those now replaced doors now awaiting replacement; again. The screws that hold doors to hinges (as fitted at factory) to long and protruding through surface into kitchen. Replacement doors not drilled or prepared for fitting meaning kitchen fitters having to make templates. Fitted doorstops do not actually touch door frame due to design error meaning doors will need to be replaced as these are drilled into door and moving them will leave holes.
5. The kitchen is grey and yet white carcass elements show through due to poor design and manufacture. The solution "the white bits need painting." The paint has been on order for six months with no actual delivery date. In my view a properly designed in manufacture this would not be a customer issue.
7. Masterclass unable / decline to attend and review this kitchen "due to Covid restrictions" as recently as six weeks ago! The apparent lack of interest on their part coupled with a poorly manufactured kitchen go hand in hand. We bought a “highly recommended” and professionally designed, manufactured kitchen that “will gives years of service”. The kitchen we now have resembles the poorly manufactured self-assembly kitchens of the 1970’s. The 1997 kitchen this replaced was in better condition than this exciting new thing. Based on our experience to date I doubt this kitchen will last a decade.
We have no complaints about the supplier (who seems to be ignored by Masterclass) or the fitters who have put up with a lot and in fairness have not charged extra for the many repeat visits.
