Very responsive customer service. Supply chain still needs some ironing out, but the customer care team makes up for it.

I purchased an e-bike from MATE and I couldn't be happier with my experience when I went to pick it up. Not only is the bike top-notch, but the customer service I received from the shop assistant, Andrea, was exceptional.

When I arrived at the store on Landemærket Street near Rosenborg Castle, Andrea greeted me warmly and patiently helped me rearrange the packaging for my trip home. She provided me with tools, gear and protective packaging for the necessary disassembly and packaging.

After I made my purchase, Andrea went above and beyond by helping me pack the bike for transport and even helping me to book a taxi to ensure that I could get the bike home safely. Her assistance was invaluable and made the whole process stress-free.

The bike itself is fantastic. It is well-made and performs beautifully on both roads and trails. I love the design and the powerful motor that makes riding uphill a breeze.

Overall, I would highly recommend MATE and their e-bikes to anyone in the market for a new bike. And if you're lucky enough to have Andrea as your shop assistant, you can rest assured that you'll receive top-notch customer service every step of the way. Thanks, MATE and Andrea, for an excellent experience!

Beste ik heb een Mate 750 upgrade met nieuwe display hydraulische remmen etc er staat 300km op maar me trap ondersteuning valt af en toe weg gebruik ik even de gashendel pakt hij hem weer enig iedee wat het kan zijn ik heb al wat stekkertje nagekeken en gekeken of de baterij goed zit ik hoor graag als iemand dit probleem ook eens heeft gehad.

Unfortunately, my original battery was defect which I discovered during the warranty period.
Mate was very helpful providing me first with support and then with a new battery and charger.
Unfortunately, the new charger was also defective which I again discussed with Mate resulting in another replacement free of charge. Communication was always very professional and I am looking forward to my new charger!

The response from the support team has been amazing. Momen (who I have been in contact with regularly about my battery issue) has been incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly.

The only feedback I have is specific to the availability of the batteries, and the US Mate site which never seems to be available.

Veldig god kvalitet på syklene og en drøm og sykle på.
Syklene ble klargjort fra Mate dagen etter bestillingen og transporten tok 11 dager til Norge.

The riding experience is close to excelent! The bike turns out to be much bigger and cooler than one could expect looking on it on the web.

It rides smoothly and sustainably. The battery has an impressive range. I’ve managed to have a 22km just and just used around 20% of the charge.

The bike is ergonomic and rolls great thanks to the fat tires and the suspension. So speed bumps cannot bother you riding with MATE.

However it is super heavy. The only use when folded is to put it into the trunk, as it is impossible to carry.

Good choice if your after jeepy rides both in town and suburbs.

Mate Bike är ett stort skämt. Sedan dag ett har min cykel haft problem, först med däcken, ekrarna punkterade slangen innefrån. tog ca 4 veckor att få en ny innerslang. Stöt dämparen låter och går ett konstigt ljud. Stänk skydden är helt fel designade och varje gång man cyklar får man hela ryggen skitig. Cykeln rostar på flera ställen. Cykeln går inte längre att vika då den har rostat och sitter som berget. Jag vågar inte ens röra den ifall den skulle gå sönder när jag försöker stänga den. Har ett ärende som pågått i över 4 veckor. De vill att jag ska smörja in gångjärnen men rosten kommer komma tillbaks försåt vem som helst! Jag skulle avråda alla jag känner och som ser detta att köpa en mate! Största misstaget jag gjort på flera år! ångrar mig dagligen!
