Really good service and great value

The customer service is very friendly and helpful.
They are responsive to your issues and happy to help you.

After two years of waiting for our bikes we asked for the money back and now involve our lawyer! Worst ever order in my hole live. Mate is a rip-off!!! Never ever buy anything there, especially not if you live outside the EU, trust me!!! All they say, write or claim always was a lie 100% not one word ever was true.

Update 21.12.22: And we are still running after our money which is just incredible! Again, only empty promises and nothing but lies for weeks, months, years or no reaction at all - that is Mate! The worst company ever we were in contact with. NEVER EVER BELIEVE ANYTHING CONCERNING MATE!!! It’s a lie anyway, even this comment here, a lie!!! Therefore, we sued them for fraud!

Our bikes are made very well and if we have any issues. They get back to us very quickly. We have moved from California to Florida and we every where we ride people ask us about our bike . At 75 , I can still ride like a 25 year old . Jimmy P

I experienced personal, proactive and friendly service from the one customer support employee who followed up my case. My case was resolved to my full satisfaction. Very happy with that!

Very efficient, speedy and helpful assistance in a technical issue with an electrical bike, Mate X - punctured tire - how to dismantle the wheel with the electrical cable. A video was produced for this problem. Very impressive. I have heard lots of complaints of poor service but this one was the completely opposite - let us hope that this is the new standard.

They reply quickly! This made me feel comfortable!!

A big shout out to Momen, who has been assisting me through out. I had a problem with a controller, although we didn't know that at the time, we thought it was battery or charger related. Anyway as the MATE X bike is under warranty MATE helped me out to get another controller sent to me. which took a week to arrive from when ordered. So big thunbs up to Momen and MATE.

Die Lieferung war perfekt, das Bike war leicht zusammenzusetzen. Die Voreinstellungen der Bremsen und der Gangschaltung waren nicht ganz gut, aber da wurde mir von einem Freund geholfen
Zusatzteile( Gepäckträger, Schutzbleche..)haben ziemlich lange gedauert, aber der email-Kontakt war sehr nett. Und das konnte ohnehin waten, denn das Bike lief sonst einwandfrei und bereitet mir immer noch große Freude.
Kritisch sehe ich die Videos, in denen die Fahrräder ohne Helm gefahren werden. Aber das ist Geschmacksache…
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden .

My experience with my mate bike is great! Not only for daily rides, but also on holidays. Last summer we travelled from Copenhagen to Bornholm with our mate bikes. We could easily take them with us on the train and on the ferry. On Bornholm, we spent 3 days criss-crossing the island and were extremely flexible. The battery was great and in general just definitely a recommendation for all those who want to get ahead quickly and have fun riding!

Well it took some time to get a satisfactory outcome but I extend my thanks to your staff member Felix, for staying on my case until things turned out to finalize the matter.
But I would have preferred to have the two colour display units for our bikes that I originally requested instead of a refund. Your note finally said you were unable to deliver to Australia.

My Mate didn’t run anymore. Contacted the support department and they were really helpfull by solving the problem! Adam gave tips to investigate the default and what to do. Thanks mate 👊🏼

Hey Mates,

I lost parts of the headset during an accident with a car.
The part is unfortunately nowhere to be found. Mate does not officially offer the part as a replacement part either, I wrote to support where I could get a new part.
Adam was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to find a new dirt cap. After 2 days he had found the part in a store in Copenhagen and I got directly a message that I can have the part for free. Great service. I got every 2 days a message about the processing status.
In summary: great communication, super friendly, great service and problem solved, mate repaired. --> customer happy :)
