har bestilt reservedele online, fÞrste ordre for ca. 1 år siden, hvor jeg blev trukket hele belÞbet upfront fÞr modtagelse (hvilket er ulovligt) efterfÞlgende fik jeg kun halvdelen af ordren leveret og kunne ikke få et svar på hvornår resten af ordren ville ankomme, er stadigvÊk ikke ankommet den dag idag. Waiting for more then 6 months for two battery replacements. Bizar how long things will take and agents keep on telling that its almost done.
*Update, i try to get in contact every day but without the desired succes. I am busy with this case since oktober 2021! ticket: 61413 and have since then multiple tickets without the result to receive my batteries! Last ticket is 69115

Two years waiting for delivery of my bike
I have been waiting for over two years for the delivery of my bike. I have been given every kind of excuse possible. Now I am just ignored. I was hoping to give a exciting and super review of this bike unfortunately I would advise and myself will avoid future purchases and I donât recommend buying from mate bike. I have not been offered a refund or any update to when or if my bike is being delivered. Mate bike company must have some accountability for this and so far shifting blame on all kinds of things does not make them professional.

Very disappointed with this brand. Would avoid.
Constantly informing me my bike will be delivered "next week" for the last 4 weeks when the website says "dispatch within 10 days"
Asked if it would be quicker to switch color of the bike to an in stock bike (the bike I ordered was in stock when I ordered it) or to refund the order as this bike is needed for my job.
But they are now ignoring my emails.
Very disappointing.

The bicycles sold by this firm are of very poor quality. I find myself waiting for a replacement parts, which broke down, for 9 months now.

Itâs in deed an amazing experience
Itâs in deed an amazing experience, it works perfectly well in all the senses. Unfortunately giving the fact that this bikes are quite unusual and exotic itâs pretty likely here in Denmark to park them and get stolen (the bike). That and the price wise (which is a bit to much) make me finally take the decision to not go for it. Besides that, the product is fantastic.

Ugne Has been very professional and timely with my customer service needs. I live in America and needed US based chargers and the batteries were not working. This is not a simple feat, however the team was responsive and replaced what was missing or not working ASAP. Well over a year has past...
Well over a year has past, the 6 weeks it was suppose to take has looooong gone. They blame different stuff every time. I got a booking reference and the bike was supposed to be on it's way a month ago, but it got canceled. They have the bike but can't ship it to Norway. IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE to send a bike to Norway. I checked with different vendors... How it's possible to run a company this poorly is beyond me. Just send the bike... It's not rocket science.
