I was so disappointed in my latest shopping experience. I was not properly greeted when I came into the store, no one offered to tell me of latest promotions, no sales associate to check on how I was doing, wanted to use dressing room and just had to walk in and use one. No friendly associates couldn't find any to help. This is my first greatest disappointment! Not sure if I will return. Prices have really jumped and quality just isn't the same. So sad.

I sent in an order got the recieved order email but can't find anything else. I have tried to contact them 3 different ways now and feels a little like the replies are generic. The email was asking about Canadian shipments how that works etc. I recieved an email saying something about covid. Tried he chat, might as well be talking to my cat. The couldn't understand my response....I just want to know how cross boarder shipping works. What's the expected time range but I haven't recieved anything even saying it's been packaged. And I've tried to look for a cancel my order and there's nothing. Even when I go to my orders, it says I have none. Disappointed for sure. Perhaps calling the card I paid with will be my only way out, cuz I can't get answers from anyone!
Quality of clothing below my standards.
They're quick to process orders, so if you want to add additional items to first order you're out of luck and will end up paying additional s/h fees unless order is over $50.00. If not satisfied with an item will have to pay to return. If you order another item will have to pay again to receive. No free returns or exchanges. Daughter had a order for over $200. but since they refused to refund return fee, I refused to allow her to order. No longer is she allowed to order from them. I had quality issues with a sweater she ordered, it was poor quality to me would never hold up, maybe one season at most. But, you get what you pay for.

I use to love Maurice's but lately the clothes are cheap and not of good material. Tag reads made In China. Iâm done with Mauriceâs clothes cost 3 times the $ but no better than a local store.

Went above and beyond! My package was sent back because of a âfaultyâ address. I contacted maurices and they were able to send out a new package and gave me extra points on my maurices for rewards! So incredibly kind.

I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years, but in the last 3 years I have noticed, that the quality of clothing has diminished to absolute CRAP, could buy better at WALMART for much less!!! Not that I am a Walmart shopper by any means, because I am absolutely not!! My favorite things from Maurices were their tees and their Silver Brand Jeans. However, in recent years I have noticed less sizes, and styles in Silver Jeans, and their Tee shirts are absolute crap now, one wash and they pill... I have been to several Maurices in my area in the last 3 months numerous times, and have bought NOTHING... Left disappointed after 5 minutes, when I used to spend over an hour per visit, and have to try to decide which items I could afford, instead of finding NOTHING... Sad, former longtime customer......
I am more than irritated
I am more than irritated. This is the second time that I've gone into a Maurices shop that had a sign in the window "Buy one , get one half off." I shop, and then I'm told that it only applies to select styles. The first time, I took their word for it, but this time I stopped and read carefully. The only exceptions on the sign were "Clearance and previous purchases." I'm fine if something isn't on sale, but please don't advertise it, if it isn't. It sounds a lot like bait and switch to me.
I emailed the company, and received a form letter in response. They don't really care.

I have been a customer of Maurices since 2005! They were the go to store for their variety of styles, options in sizes and trends. I was in Maurices yesterday and their styles are drab, boring waaaay over priced for the blahness of their selection. Maurices needs a "Style" facelift bad bcz whoever is eesigning for them now is HORRIBLE! In the last 5-8 years Maurices has gone down hill bad. I hope they recover bcz I would be heart broken to see them go.

First off they only sent one item even though all the items and sizes I ordered where still available online. The prices are American so you get charged the exchange rate. All of this would have been fine if it had been shipped from the USA but I was charged duty and exchanged rate on a item shipped from Mississauga Ont.
Will never order from them again. One 14.00 shirt ended up being 40.00 between the exchange duty and shipping that was shipped from Ontario.
So Canadian's beware before you buy online.

They have the cutest clothes, they are usually trendy but also fairly unique. The people that work there are always inviting and helpful with picking things out or matching pieces together. The quality is fantastic. There are things from their store that I have worn for 3+ years.
