Items were dispatched the same day as the order was placed and packaged in a box so they travelled halfway around the world in good order using GLS Logistics and then Aramex from Mainz in Germany to Cape Town, South Africa.

Good service, no problem, safe delivery without any damage.

Maße passen super und die Maßempfehlung war zielführend. Die Produktbeschreibung in der Anzeige war nicht ausführlich genug. Ich hätte mich daher gegen das Fahrrad entschieden, denn mir gefällt nicht, dass es vorne einen Umwerfer hat (Geflitz, überholt) und auch die "Altus"-Ausführung der Schaltung war mir nicht bewusst. aber: wir leben damit. All fine. Maybe the time of delivery was a bit extended but I was being informed about the delay. Also the bike got some scratches in transport but received the refund. So really good customer service and purchasing experience.

It took 10 days to but the price was very good and everything was well ! Thank you folks! I can recommend.

SLECHTE klantenservice. Let op met deze webwinkel. Ze leveren onjuiste productinfo, als je hier op reclameert, dan krijg je een antwoord waarmee je totaal noet geholpen bent . Leveringstermijn stellen ze continu uit, daar moet je ook steeds zelf on vragen wat te status is en als je ze hierop aanspreekt, dan laten ze niets meer van zich horen.

Kortom slecht ervaring, mag hopen dat de fietsen wel fatsoenlijk zijn.

Dan nog niet gesproken over hoe ze langs elkaar heen werken, want je krijgt van 5 verschillende mensen antwoord.

Quick delivery, fair price, top quality product

They promised 3-5 days delivery, I got my bike in two weeks, and the first week they didn't even touch the order. With all this, I got an answer to my questions to the customer support only after a week, and I would be happy to cancel the order, but it's very difficult to do so when you get an answer once a week.
I ordered two bikes, BOTH came broken, had broken derailleur hanger on both. On one bike, the brake hose was not installed correctly and had to be disconnected and reinstalled before the bike could be reassembled at all.
If you think you can order pre-assembled, serviced bikes and get them in 3-5 days, be prepared to have them sent to you 2-3 weeks later, broken and unconfigured, and have to go to the stores, then wait another week for parts and get them fixed. I've been promised to pay for bike repairs under warranty, we'll see how that works out.
I don't have the energy to spend an entire cycling season arguing.
While the bikes were being delivered, local sellers lowered prices on last year's models, and as it turned out I could have already bought the same bikes, serviced, but even cheaper. But given the speed of tech support, I realize that sending them back, refunding the money, will take me the whole bike season.

absolutely wrong company. 20 days and still waiting for my delivery. nowhere is it mentioned on the site how long the delivery takes. I would not recommend her to anyone. I will seek my rights in court, after consulting a lawyer.
