MHW sent the bike much later than promised (3-5 days delivery is fake news). But, the worst is that they use DHL for delivery, which at least in Sweden is the carrier with the by far worst reputation. Indeed, almost two weeks after my order, DHL gives me a date and time for delivery, but they never show up on the given day and I never hear from them. I contact MHW by email but they do not answer me untill I send a second more upset email and then they tell me they will contact DHL and get back to me. I have still not heard anything, and still no bike. Never MHW again.

I had issue while installing the pedal onto the Bike. Conveyed the same with MHW team. And was given a quick resolution, to my problem. Appreciate this so much.

Excellent service. Accurate instructions to assemble the bike. Good packaging.

The bike arrived in two days in perfect condition, and super well packed. Be aware that you might need special tools to assemble the bike, and this is up to you to have. I will definitely use the MHW services again.

cons: they write that the bike will arrive within 3-4 days. won't arrive. the time needed to pack and ship the bike plus transportation time via DHL is approximately 10 days.

I placed the order and the money was transferred.
The bicycle I purchased was not in stock, which appeared afterwards.
I was forced to buy a more expensive one without any chance of getting some compensation or splitting the difference in half. I do not like that approach when a mistake is on the seller's side.

I cannot be bothered to ship it back especially after assembling it, but i find the picture on the mhw website to be inaccurate and misleading!
