Excelent services, comunication and prices

Everything went according to expectation. Fast reaction when questioning the teams and after sales. I had one small piece missing and MHW corrected it immediately.

Leaving this review is the least I can do after the incredible assistance MHW-Bike-House provided. Dealing with a faulty motor on my e-bike could've been a real drag, but thanks to the folks at MHW, and Ivo Nowicki in particular, it turned out to be a smooth ride.
Let’s be clear, the issue with the Yamaha motor was a total fluke – no fault of MHW. Yet, they stepped up big time. They kept me in the loop constantly, which I really appreciated. When they decided to fit a new motor, they handled everything – and I mean everything – without me having to fret over details or costs.
Now the bike's back, and it’s cruising like a dream. The service I’ve received was nothing short of five stars, and I’d point anyone looking for an e-bike their way – you’re not just getting a quality ride, but a team that’s got your back if things go sideways.
Thanks a ton, MHW-Bike-House. You’ve got a fan in me!

Das Fahrrad kam ordnungsgemäß zusammengebaut an, allerdings einige Tage später als auf der Website versprochen. Der Zusammenbau war einfach, alles war bereits geregelt. Das Cube Stereo Hybrid 120 Race ist ein wunderbares Fahrrad

Everything was OK, just one thing to mention, the box containing bike arrived with upper cover opened. Fortunately it seems that the bike arrived complete without damage.
It might be better to use plastic bands besides the metal clips.

Na odoslanie bicykla som čakal namiesto avizovaných 3 až 4 dní celých 7 pracovných dní. Na moju otázku o stave bicykla som však dostal rýchlu odpoveď a nakoniec tovar prišiel v poriadku. Aj keď doručovateľ DHL nedostal moje telefónne číslo a doručoval len na náhodu. Mal som šťastie že som bol doma.
Obchod super ceny a dobrá komunikácia.

Bike was delivered in good condition and well packed. However the delivery from order took more than 10 working days

Great range of products, detailed characteristics, international delivery for an affordable fee.
However, the seat post that came with the delivered bike is too long for me, even though the size is correct. I can't reach about 2 cm to the pedals in the lowest position and will have to replace the seat post.

I am still waiting for the bike I ordered 16 days ago. The company here in Iceland which is delivering your parcels are not doing their job very well. They do not know that you do not have to pay VAT when you import bicycles and they do not seem to learn from earlier mistakes since this also happened last Christmas when my husband ordered a bicycle from you.

Wrong saddle color, no tools to assembly, impossibility to refund VAT & issue receipt with proper address once it will be exported as baggage.

Nothing to say the experience was as expexted, delivering outside of Germany is not an issue for the company. The bike is in good shape. Five stars deserved.
