Bikes have good price not without specific reason. When I was reciving bike it cames with scratches and dents, looks like it was after preshowing condition. BE AWeRE of this!!!!!!!!
You will not recive perfect condition bike for discount price..

The whole procedure was easy.
It was also helping that, along with the bike, there were suggested items that were compatible with the bike, for example luggage carriers, which is sometimes crucial.
Nevertheless, I still don't get the price change with all the taxes etc.
For example I bought a bike that was price tagged at 687€, but at the check-out it was 730€.
Still ok, but I don't know the logic behind it.

Perfect and professional approach in bike industry. This bike was the second one from mhw since 2011, this time for my kid.

I purchased an e-bike for myself and one for my wife in a month: each time it arrived from Germany to Portugal in less than a week, almost completely assembled. Great choice of models and brands, and really interesting prices. Unfortunately, both times the attached manual was not for the models purchased, but with a minimum of practice everything went well. I suggest reinforcing the packaging because unfortunately it is damaged during transport. However, I recommend MHW: for me it is very reliable, a warranty.

What positively surprised me was that I ordered a Bosch smartphone mount with my Cube E-MTB, and without asking, MHW mounted and connected it to my bike. I love that kind of thoughtful touch. Otherwise: reasonably fast delivery to Sweden, the bike was well packaged and easy to assemble. Without a doubt great people to buy a bike from!

My parcel was not delivered(it was delivered empty without the actual item) and noone has bothered to answer my email. I am still waiting for the reply. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Superb consultation through email about the bicycle, the recommended size and shipping. They even fixed a problem with the shipping charges (to Greece) immediately. My order was shipped (way) ahead of the expected date and received in perfect condition (and preassembled) in Greece. Very happy! Really recommend it!

Na minder dan twee weken geleverd, perfect verpakt. Voor de eerste maal met de fiets gereden, correct afgesteld. Kortom, super content!
