Excellent customer service! Great value for money.

Callum was really helpful at Bury store 1184 when serving me, I was buying a pair of pants & he had absolute amazing customer service skills. A real treasure to your shop. Thanks callum for all your help.

My name is Theresa Barnes I'm 63 .Today I went to Miller's in bury woodfield retail park to bye a pop up tent to take my grandson camping he is 21 and suffers with his mental health. The sales person was called Scott he went above and beyond his job ,he help me to bye a tent and give me lots of advice were to take my grandson best service I have ever had thank you very much

Emily at 1184 Bury was great. Really friendly and amazing service. The experience matters and I will definitely be coming back to Millets!

I ordered some hiking boots from Ultimateoutdoors.com (HiTec, size 11) to replace my same make boots. When they arrived they were a tight fit, despite being the same nominal size as the old ones.

Returned them via Millets of Bury - no fuss, polite, pleasant - definitely use them again.

Refund in less than 24 hrs.

I went back into Millets and tried a few makes on.

Served by Emily and Callum - both smartly turned out, polite, friendly and gave excellent advice re makes and types of boot.

I bought North Ridge boots - ‘NR M Lite Hiker Mid’, size 11. They fit like a glove, have a generous width, and after a few days wearing them around the house are as comfortable as a pair of slippers.

IMHO always worth trying boots on first, and Millets of Bury make the whole experience easy and pleasant.

My husband is a wheelchair user, so we asked for assistance, Chloe came to help and was very good with him.
He is unable to see, and has limited mobility.
Chloe gave the right sort of assistance - helpful with the product (lightweigh waterproof jacket), and not too intrusive helping him on and off with the jackets he tried on.

I had not been to a Millets store before but as I was passing I thought I'd check it out. I was hoping to find a camping table, why had I not found this store before? I was served by Emily and Ri, they were very helpful, they assembled two possible tables and explained the differences. The table was perfect for what I wanted. Highly recommend a call in.

Was served by Ri who exchanged my boots without any quibble after 10 months. Have had dealings with this store before and cannot fault the helpfulness of the staff, always try to use Millets/Blacks for my outdoor equipment because of this.
