Hi there,
Thank you for the review, and we're really glad the bed looks great in the room.
The only thing we'd gently say is that we wish you'd reached out to us first - a damaged part is always covered, so a single email would have had a free replacement on its way to you the same day, no fuss at all.
That offer absolutely still stands: email support@millieandjones.co.uk or call 020 8264 0042 and we'll get it sorted right away.
Kind regards,
The Millie & Jones Team

Overall a great service
Overall a great service. I did have to contact them to find out when installation and delivery would happen, but my email was answered straight away and I was given a date then. A subsequent confirmation came a few days later.
The bed itself is just as expected, and is exactly what we wanted. On the day of delivery and installation the team were on time and it took about an hour. They took all packaging with them as promised.
So overall a great service and I think the extra spent on assembly and installation was worth it! Hoping this bed will last for many years.

Bed arrived promptly and it is great value. My 13yr old daughter loves it, she actually helped assemble it! Very nice sturdy looking bed and I love the headboard where she can put some of her little stuff.
Great communication and service! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Easy to order
Easy to order, good quality product. Delivery wouldn’t allow safe place despite me ringing multiple people which was irritating as I couldn’t select a delivery day with Apple Pay. Other than that all good.

Hi Liz,
We are pleased you have found the customer service support good and overall happy with the bed itself!
Unfortunately, there were unexpected issues with the mattress delivered, and we completely understand how frustrating this has been.
Since this was brought to our attention, we have been actively working with both yourself, the courier, and our team to try and find the quickest and most practical resolution possible around your availability and circumstances.
Thank you again for your feedback and patience.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I didn’t see an option on the website to select a delivery date but the customer service person proactively contacted me to book and responded very quickly to my emails. Delivery was also good but the only problem was not knowing until the day whether it would be an or pm and what the time window was.

We completely understand your point about knowing the AM/PM window until the day. Our delivery teams plan their routes as efficiently as possible and try to provide updates as soon as the time windows are confirmed.
Thank you again, and we hope you love your new bed!
