We’re really pleased to hear that communication and delivery went smoothly, and that you found the fixings and hardware reassuringly good quality. It’s also great to know your son loves his new bed, that’s always the most important part 🤍

We completely understand your comments around the build process. Some of our storage beds do require opening multiple cartons as components are packaged to protect larger panels in transit, but we appreciate that a clearer box order would make things easier. That’s useful feedback and something we can pass back to the manufacturer.

On ventilation and off-gassing: engineered wood products can sometimes have a noticeable smell when first unboxed, particularly in the first few days. This should dissipate quickly with good airflow and ventilation.

We appreciate that value matters. As a small family-run business, we prioritise quality control, compliant products, and hands-on aftercare support, something that’s often missing when buying from larger, discount-led retailers. Our aim is always to provide not just the product, but proper service before and after delivery.
