Pessima esperienza!
Ho portato due mesi fa una borsa in riparazione, per sostituzione cerniera.
Non solo mi hanno fatto perdere del tempo, dandomi una giustificazione poco pertinente (“borsa non riparabile. Nessun difetto di fabbrica, rovinata per l’uso”), ma ho trovato il personale poco serio e disponibile.
Mi è stato detto che sarei stata avvisata, non appena avessero avuto notizie… Ma così non è stato.
Dopo varie insistenze telefoniche, mi è stato detto (per la seconda volta) che la borsa non era riparabile (ripeto, una banale riparazione della cerniera). Andata al negozio per riprendere la mia borsa non riparata (store di via del Babuino, Roma), la commessa di nome Costanza (alla mia domanda: “perché non mi avete avvisato dell’esito della riparazione?”) ha risposto di avermi mandato una e-mail (peccato che non abbia ricevuto alcuna e-mail… Offendendo la mia intelligenza).
Perciò, pessima esperienza: azienda poco seria e affidabile, non attenta alle esigenze della clientela e personale decisamente incompetente.
Risultato: Non acquisterò mai più una borsa di questo brand, in quanto non voglio spenderne ingenti somme con il rischio di ricevere un trattamento simile.

Online order totalling more than $1,000. Delivered box was empty but company rejects to take any actions. Their points are (1) CCTV shows the products were packed (2) the delivery was received with my signature.

miu miu has shown us a signed proof of delivery which is NOT MY SIGNATURE. In fact, the delivery boy has said no to me when I asked if I should sign.

Under this situation, their policy is no actions. Then I strongly advise not to make online orders.

i wish i found this website before i ordered. ordering from the website is a garbage experience and your fragrance will be sent out late without notice. tried to solve it diplomatically with customer service online and got no help. really hope people stop ordering from them so they can understand that when you work poorly selling online, your sales will most likely decline as well. will never be ordering again and will make sure i tell my network not to order from miumiu either.

Qualité médiocre, le metal doré à l'or fin ! Or ça m'étonnerait beaucoup car les bagues commandé deviennent orange et verdisse sur les doigts ! N'achetez pas même à petit prix ça n'en vaut pas la peine. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre de photos...

La qualité est PIRE que Shein ! C'est envoyé dans un emballage de très mauvaise qualité, même pas de boîte pour les bijoux, des vulgaires sacs en plastique. C'est outrageusement du Toc, ça se voit à 10 bornes. Je pensais faire un beau cadeau à ma meilleure amie, je vais passer pour une idiote

Low quality shoes, not worth the price. Customer service is not interested in building customer trust. Communication is not focused on solving the problem, but on wasting time.

I've never ordered anything from this company, but they sent an email to me asking for my payment info for some $1000 shoes. Looks like a scam to me.

I have not brought any products but got a sample perfume paper in my Ulta sales magazine and this instantly gave me a headache listen the pure acetone undertone is so strong it’s all I can smell. Why would I like to smell like nail polish remover . Lol as I’m writing this my head still hurts

Terrible ads, shit company terrible scents 0-10

Überhaupt keine Chance beliebte Teile zu bekommen… ich versuche seit Wochen die MiuMiu New Balance Sneaker zu ergattern - sobald die Sneaker wieder verfügbar waren, habe ich bestellt, aber jedes Mal wird meine Bestellung dann wenige Stunden später von MiuMiu storniert. Auf Nachfrage heißt es nur, die Sneaker sind ausverkauft. Ich habe nun schon zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben, die beide storniert wurden. Ein drittes Mal werde ich es noch versuchen, dann aber nicht mehr!

J’ai commandé sur Beautéprivée de la marque Atelier Miu, reçu hier, une chaîne argent avec une perle de culture, chaîne bien, perle en plastique, ☹️heureusement que je ne l’ai pas payé à son prix originel. Très déçue.

My order was late and i had to chase for updates. Then it arrived but box was clearly used and i got wrong shade of sunglasses. Deeply disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER from this brand. I would suggest to purchase directly from store. There online customer services are awful! I placed an order over a week ago and the delivery states 2-3 working days. I have had to chase customer service for an update and they’re unable to provide. I can’t actually believe they get away with this given the prices of their items!

Assistenza post vendita inesistente… su whatsapp si fingono operatori virtuali parlando come robot (dopo aver chiesto di parlare con un operatore umano allora mi dicono che sto già parlando con un operatore vero ed iniziano a parlare normalmente) e poi spariscono non rispondendo più. Ricevo in regalo una borsa iconica acquistata non in boutique ma presso un rivenditore AUTORIZZATO. Chiedo spiegazioni in merito a ciò che avrei dovuto conservare ai fini della garanzia e dell’originalità del prodotto ma spariscono… bho! Professionalità zero. Empatia zero. Gentilezza e cortesia zero.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund, even though their return policy states 7 days. I have contacted customer services 3 times now and they keep fobbing me off. I have now been advised to take this matter to court. Shocking service from a “high end” brand.
