I ordered online my Molton Brown shower gel refill. I finally went to use it weeks later. It was well wrapped in bubble paper. So I didn’t notice it was not the fragrance I ordered. I sent and email and received a reply back within 48 hours. They are sending the correct shower gel and told me to keep the wrong one.

I always receive my products I order quickly and never have a problem. Always packaged well. I will continue to order Molton Brown. I love the Orange and Bergamot and Rhubarb and Rose. My favorites.

I have always purchased your body washes. However, I placed an order 2 days ago and to date, have not received my receipt. Not happy.

I have been a fan of Molton Brown for several years now!! What I love most is the customer service. I don't my spending a good $ on products when I know the manufacture treats me like a true customer. Thank you MB!!!

Nothing receive customer service no answering. Just stay far away

Love their products!! The website was easy to use to order and customer service was prompt with a delivery issue I had that they resolved.

Dear Molton Brown Customer Services,

I am writing regarding my order 512432149, which arrived with the parcel clearly appearing to have been tampered with.

I ordered four items, however, only one of the items were included in the parcel. As soon as I noticed the missing items, I contacted your customer service team and was advised to send an email with photographs of the parcel and its contents. I did this over a week ago, providing the requested photographs, yet I have still received no response or update.

I find this extremely disappointing, particularly given that this was a straightforward issue that should have been addressed promptly. I have now been left waiting for over a week after following the instructions provided by your customer service team, with no communication whatsoever.

This has been a terrible customer experience, especially from a brand such as Molton Brown, where I would expect a much higher standard of customer service.

Please investigate this matter urgently and confirm when the missing items will be sent or how you intend to resolve this issue.

Molton Brown Advent Calendar arrived care of DPD after Amazon Couriers didn’t. Everyone from Molton Brown went above and beyond to sort out the lost item and it arrived today. Thank you to everyone at Molton Brown

Ordered lotion on 3rd Sept. I haven't heard anything since then. Not even a message that the order was sent. I have contacted them to have my money back. This is not a serious company.

After contact to Molton Brown, I was informed that the package was delivered to a pick up point. I never received a message neither in my in-basket or my spam-folder.

They were professional and timely in responding to my inquiry. Providing the information I needed about a product that’s currently out of stock.

Made an order for a reed diffuser and soap set. Only the diffuser came… No way to call customer service and notify them. No shipping updates. This company needs to do better. If i don’t get a customer service representative in my email in the next 24 hours I am going to be disputing the charge.

if i could give zero stars i would. let me start by saying I've been a HUGE fan and consumer of a LOT of their products... i'm done. There is no one to assist with issues with customer service. I ordered a bath gel, and saw a free gift, so ordered the hand care set to go with it to get the gift. I received an email after the hand care set alone was shipped stating the bath gel was out of stock, no option for replacement, no heads up... and surprise when it arrived today... no free gift either...THE WHOLE REASON I ORDERED! and not one human to even give a half hearted apology. ABYSMAL MOLTON BROWN, SHAME ON YOU

Molton Brown makes truly wonderful bath and body products. In recent months, their fulfillment has improved, and long-standing issues have become significantly less frequent. Customer service, as always, is excellent.

Can’t understand why the Braintree outlet Molton Brown store is selling Molten Brown handwash at full price.
I have always purchased their handwash from Braintree Freeport at a discounted price. I was amazed when I visited their store on bank holiday Monday (31/8/26) to see it was being sold at full price. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything. Seems to be it’s much cheaper in ordinary retail shops.
No wonder there wasn’t any shoppers!

Love the products. Website terrible - won’t track orders. Customer service substandard for such a premium product. There is no way for me to contact customer service about an order placed 14 days ago.

I have a wedding come up and we decided on MB products. Classy, stylish. Been AWFUL experience. Half the product came in leaking. I asked for boxes, none have come except 2 which were crushed during shipping. Sent 3 emails, no one gets in touch or they send an email thanks for reaching out. While the product is superb, the customer service is awful and there is no way to call them. Better off getting them off Amazon as from their site, all come in leaking and some come shrink wrapped, some paper and some no packaging at all. For $40 a bottle? come on

Just not as strong anymore. Sent last 2 bottles back for a refund because I just dont smell it on my skin I have compared with a bottle I bought a year ago and its definitely weaker.

Sad to say this is a customer who molton brown have lost.

We have used Molton Brown for a good few years. Always great to order from. Brilliant quality and great packaging. Always like to have a couple of products tucked away for gifts for family and friends. Ordering is easy and delivery fast. Well done MB 👍

Long-standing Molton Brown customer, but no longer. I read the Kao Group Modern Slavery Statement (June 2025) published on their website, which claims no serious human rights risks were found in their supply chain. Yet public records tell a different story: Kao sourced from FGV Holdings, a palm oil supplier under a US import ban from 2020 to 2026 over forced labour, child labour and sexual abuse allegations — a supplier Unilever dropped back in 2018. In March 2026, Oasis Management, Kao's fourth-largest shareholder, publicly demanded an independent investigation into supply-chain human rights abuses after whistleblower allegations. Kao's Board refused. The Statement itself admits only 26% of contractors were surveyed, by self-assessment questionnaires. Beautiful fragrances cannot mask this. I regret having used these products, will not purchase them again, and am sharing these publicly documented facts with the hotels I visit that offer Molton Brown amenities. Do your own research before buying.

Customer service is poor. Placed an order for an in stock item. The order shipped without one item and was told the warehouse was out of stock. Either is item is in stock or it’s not and the website should be designed to reflect accurate information. No solution offered from customer service. My order total was enough to qualify for a credit card promotion and with the one item being out of stock- it no longer qualified.

I am still missing my order placed on July 13. I have sent a couple of mails to customer service but zero response. Not even an answer explaining the delay. Nothing. Nada.
