They ship their items on time they arrive fast and it is in top notch quality i love it

This webshop is definitely worth to give a try! The support is excellent, the products are valuable and the price is really fair, nothing to complain about it. The few products I already bought there work fine and look awesome, so I got no other choice than recommending it!

Can't believe how beautiful these are up on my kitchen backsplash - the ONLY thing I should add is some kind of small "trim" around the outer edge.

I placed an order for tile (that was supposedly in stock) and a full month later I still hadn't received it. So I tried to reach Customer Service by phone, no answer. I tried by email, no response at all after repeated attempts. I wish I had believed the reviews and not done business with this shady company. The only good thing I did was use PayPal to pay for my order online. I opened a dispute with them and received a refund (less the service fee)..so they managed to make money off of me for doing absolutely nothing....but at least I got the bulk of my money back. What a horrible company. If you decide to take a chance, make sure you have a very long time to wait your order and absolutely use PayPal. Without them, I'm fairly certain I would not have received a response at all and definitely would not have received my refund.

I needed a few extra tiles to finish a job... I place a few different calls/voicemails four days ago and yet have received a call back. Every time I have tried calling it goes directly to voicemail. Lack of customer service! A company really should answer phone calls and return a call with in 24 hours!

I sent an email to this company on Feb 21st although a weekend got a response the next day. Ordered a $5.99 sample on Feb 22nd was informed sample would be coming from GA. .. I live in FL, NO sample to date , I've sent an email and left messages , no response to either!


If its this difficult to get a sample I will not submit a full order !!!

We ordered a sample for $5,99 but we never received the sample! When called them about it, they could not give us a straight answer about where the samle was. After calling them few times about the sample, they stopped answering the phone. Terrible company!! I would not do business with them!

You had better like what you ordered. I paid 60$ to have my items shipped back them (policy) and have not received a refund payment in over 60 days thus far - I'm guessing I never will. Email/phone is no use, no one answers.

Ordered tile from this company in November 2014 and upon the slow delivery (was prepared to wait because of the good price) the quantity ordered was less than the amount I received. I contacted customer service the same day as I received my delivery to explain the situation and to date I have not received a refund. The guy at customer service tells me he will contact customer service and then cuts me off the phone. He does not reply to emails and does not respond to telephone messages. He told me I could be lying, he is rude and completely inadept in customer service skills. Do not use under any circumstances.

while the return experience was somewhat challenging, the company did follow through on its customer service commitment to an 85% refund on a return without covering shipping, and I will therefore give a neutral to slightly positive rating for this business

I am remodeling my master bathroom and found the color tile I wanted on their website. I ordered a sample and waited... and waited... my contractor kept asking about my tile and I tried 3 times to reach customer service and 3 times had absolutely no response. It has been over 2 weeks and still no sample, although my credit card was charged the day after I placed my order. I finally found the same color at another company and it is less expensive and this new company has excellent customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I ordered a large quantity of tile online. I attempted to contact support regarding the order by chat, by email consistently for several days and never received one response. After the payment processed through my account, I received a call that they did not have the tile in inventory and wanted to know if I would backorder to sometime in September. I declined and requested a refund instead. It is now several days later and my account still is not credited back. I have filed a complaint via my bank regarding the issue and wanting to get my refund of 2k+ back. Very poor business experience.

I ordered some samples from Mosaic Tile Direct March 10th. It took about one week before my samples shipped, and then they arrived fairly quickly after that.

On the day my samples arrived (March 19), I found that one of the samples did not match what I had requested. I emailed the company to let them know and to ask for the correct 4th sample. I did not hear back, so March 25 I followed up with another email. That day they replied and said their shipping dept was looking into it and would let me know the next day. Three weeks later I had not heard back, so I emailed them to ask (April 13). I forgot about it, and as of July had not heard back so emailed again on July 9 to ask for my money back. It is now August 27 and I've yet to receive a response.

The $6 (or whatever it was) is not what is prompting me to write this review; this is about poor response from customer service.

I ordered Onyx mosaic tiles on Friday and the order arrived on the following Monday. Absolutely amazing delivery speed!

This was very high quality tile and also securely and attractively boxed. My total order was for six cartons and I only used three.

That's why I contacted with the company and surprisingly the company refunded the full purchase price of left three boxes to my credit card!! This is a great product and a Great company in my opinion.

It's been perfect! Fast! Other online stores took a month to get me my samples! I ordered from you guys because of the selection I found but also because of how fast I knew it would be! Thank you

Asim at Mosaic Tile direct is great to deal with. He helped me find the product we were looking for at a good price. There were some unexpected import costs (import to Canada) which he covered as he had stated he would. I have purchased marble tile from this company twice (Ming green backsplash and hexagon Carrara Marble floor tile), and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

I ordered the items which was 45% cheaper
than everywhere else. Got nervous when didnt get shipping info within 2 days. Bad reviews made me worried especially After 2 weeks of no news abt my order. Got shipping confirmation with tracking on the 11th day got
Items delivered 3 days after. Happy with the high quality items. They came from the actual company that makes them. So that explains why it took longer than usual. I will order from
This company again because i saved so much
money for the tile cost.
