The tiles I received were a little variation in color than what were shown on the website. I purchased them to be used for my drawing room and thought about color with top priority. Just looked amazing from the sitting distance, once they were installed on the wall. It covered my aristocracy in the drawing room. Got it at reasonable price. Thanks for fast shipping!

I ordered tile and received it quick. Very pleasant to deal with.

I bought hex penny tiles and carrara marble crown molding for my new bathroom. The tile arrived in good condition, and looks good installed. However, the pieces of crown molding varied greatly in color - some were very light, some were very gray. I would have appreciated more effort on the part of the packers to make sure the pieces were consistent in color. Efforts to reach customer service by e-mail and phone were unsuccessful.

I felt choosing the perfect backsplash was the hardest part in remodeling our kitchen. I thoroughly researched to find the perfect match for our countertops & cabinets. I finally decided on using 1x1x8mm Castlerock and we LOVE it!!!

I've given Mosaic Tile Direct 3 stars because they offer great tile selections and the best prices I could find. But the shipment of tiles (though fast), was delivered to my neighbor's house. Since the house is vacant, the tiles could have sat there forever without us knowing. Luckily, the new owner alerted us and we schlepped the tiles to our house.

I placed my order and received a response 5 days later with a credit/refund to my card with no explanation of why my order was refunded. Below is my conversation with customer service via live chat:

It was exactly what I was looking for! Will make a beautiful backsplash in my new kitchen with my chrome colored quartz countertops. Couldn't be more satisfied with the color and the quality of the tile.

Mosaic Tile answered the phone when I called and confirmed the tile I needed was in stock. They made sure I entered the order correctly online (there were a few options for shipping and a lift was needed, something I would not have thought about despite the order being for 1700lbs of tile). They shipped the tile quickly and all tiles were intact and packaged well. The price was great, Half what others charged.
