Our batteries are supplied pre-assembled by the manufacturer, and while it's uncommon, issues can occasionally occur. They say it has been delivered and tell me to take it up with the post office but I do not have the info despite emailing several times. do not want to help at all just washed there hands of it,,,
I have since found put Royal Mail delivery it to the wrong address and this is being addressed now

Hi Lisa, We have responded to your emails and shown that the tracking number shows the location of delivery and a picture delivering through the door. This therefore has fulfilled a delivery and would be a claim with royal mail, we are happy to help but this would need to be done in order to go through the nexct steps.
