Motorpoint レビュー

The fact they honoured the online quote.

Greeted on arrival.

Easy to do business with.

Fast. Friendly. Efficient.

Monies in bank before we got home.

The company did everything they said very professional stood buy every thing we had agreed upon and the staff were very helpful I would definitely use them again

They made a sensible, competitive offer for my car. The process was simple and was completed without any problems. They paid the amount quoted.

What a great way to buy and sell cars.
The welcome at Newport was outstanding. This carried through many visits over 10 days. Every member of the team we met was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the enthusiasm for the company and the services they offered.
We sold our vehicle, a VW Golf GTE , to Motorpoint and the value offered was the highest by a considerable margin. A fair price. The joy, though was the way Motorpoint as a company including its processes and colleagues managed the valuation online and saw it through, exactly to the "drop off" appointment. NO haggling as the vehicle was exactly as I described it. We walked away happy. The equity was transferred to our bank account within minutes. The loan agreement handled promptly.
AMAZING service, thanks to every at Newport and the support team at Motorpoint UK.

Polite reception. Very professional. Gorgeous woman who attended with my vehicle selling.

Excellent service and excellent price offered well above oher competitors.

Tried various online auction sites but offers come up significantly less than initial quote given. Motorpoint paid what they quoted

We recently sold a car to Motorpoint Chingford. I must say Motorpoint offered the best price compared to other platforms and they have kept to the price promise after visual inspection. There was a stone chip on the car which was not declared (because we never noticed it earlier) and the price adjustment for that was very reasonable. Also the process was smooth and all documented and they have cleared the outstanding finance on the car within a week. All good.

fantastic staff and price great to deal with price paid was what was quoted ..paid in bank within 4hrs

Fabulous experience. Recommend very highly. No knockdown on price from original quotation. Dougie, who we dealt with at your Edinburgh location was so professional, friendly and just made the whole experience seamless and very pleasant. They have great coffee in their coffee machine too.....if you're interested!

Fair price offered. No trying to reduce the price offered online after viewing the vehicle, unlike some others! As long as you are accurate with the description of your vehicle, there will be no issue. Totally professional. Money was transferred to my bank before I left the premises. Fabulous experience, very pleased.

Mal And Pam

Excellent service, very smooth transaction, 3rd car sold to Motorpoint, always come up with best price. Overall extremely happy

Very professional set up, attentive, understanding staff.
Excellent price given for my car.

Great service from start to finish when selling my car to Motorpoint in Glasgow. Requested an online valuation on my car that was purchased 3 years ago on PCP. As it was due for renewal in December, I decided to explore options. Had the car valued on 2 car auction sites. However, offers did not match the valuation. Motorpoint online valuation was £500 more than best auction offer…and they honoured that at sale. Outstanding balance was paid directly to finance company same day, and equity on car was in my bank account by close of business. Transfer details to DVLA was completed by them also…everything taken care of. Would highly recommend if selling your car.

We were greeted at the door and offered drinks straight away. The building was really clean and tidy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The whole process was completed in good time and we would highly recommend them

Excellent service when selling my car highly recommended as we have bought from them before
That’s worth the 5 star Review

Straight forward process and quick pricing of my vehicle.
My vehicle assessment was the first of the dat 9.00 am, I arrived at 8.30 and I was seen straight away and the inspection of my car and paperwork were completed by 9.10. The money was in my account by mid afternoon.

Professional service from start to finish
