Easy end-to-end selling experience. The website is very easy to use and get a quote, and the quote offered by Motorpoint was the highest I was able to get from the main online websites.
I was able to get an appointment a few days later at the nearest branch. Granted, the nearest branch was 80 miles from me, but that’s not their fault.
I had an early morning appointment, so I was one of the first people to arrive and didn’t have to wait around long to be seen and for the car to be taken in by a mechanic to be checked over. About an hour later one of the assistants gave me an updated price based on a few cosmetic defects they found with the car. This did knock on some £ off the original quote, but it was still a very good price.
Once agreed, the money was in my bank account within a couple of hours, and this was on a Saturday! Based to their website I wasn’t expecting the money to arrive until the next working day.
All in all, a good experience and would recommend Motorpoint as a place to sell your car.

Motorpoint gave me the best price for my car out of all the car buying sites, £1000 more than the dealer I’m buying a car from offered.
When I got there after inspection they gave me the full price quoted, to be fair though my car was unmarked so I’d of been disappointed if they didn’t.
The money was in my bank account within 2 hours.
Great car selling service and so much easier than selling privately avoiding all the time wasters and people wanting the car for next to nothing.

The lady who dealt with us was curteous and professional, explaining the ongoing process. The valuation was honoured and funds transferred quickly. I had concerns that the value would be beaten down, this did not happen as I provided an honest profile of the car.

Great experience dealing with Motorpoint, from booking appointment to arriving at your Glasgow branch the next day was so easy. The young saleslady checked our car and went for a short test drive, she agreed price with us, and all this was done in 15 min. Overall a really good service from start to finish, the sales girl is an asset to your company.

Newport Motorpoint staff have treated me most decently. I was mainly assisted by Paige, a very understanding listener and worthy of her line Manager position as a Supervisor. Paige listenened to me intently and understood the very difficult situation I was facing. Iook forward to revisiting Newport Motorpoint, when I feel able to drive more easily.

Originally put car up on carwow and got £1800 more going through Motorpoint ,was expecting the original offer to be slashed once they checked over the car but happy to say it was £80 less ,only downside is the time to pay existing settlement figure but I got the remaining money paid within 15 minutes. very happy
