I bought tickets for the Van Gogh


I bought tickets for the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam and noticed on the tickets that I printed the wrong date of Feb 19 when I wanted May 29. This is clearly not a typo error plus I know when I am visiting Amsterdam. When I called they would NOT modify or cancel the booking. The one star I checked off was for answering the phone.

Biglietti immaginari park guell

Ho comprato 2 biglietti per il park guell, ma i soldi sono stati subito prelevati e i biglietti mai arrivati.qusndo li ho contattati non vi erano più disponibilità per la mia giornata. Peccato che al momento dell'acquisto loro li dessero ancora disponibili. Una truffa! Mi hanno restituito i soldi(che arriveranno entro 10 giorni) ma non ho potuto visitare il parco 😭

Tal y como le ha mencionado nuestro equipo de atención al cliente, las actividades disponibles en nuestro sitio web tienen diferentes políticas de cancelación, dependiendo del proveedor del servicio. En este caso, tal y como se especifica en la descripción, la experiencia seleccionada se podía cancelar hasta 48 antes de que comenzase la actividad.

Could not pay with Ásdís visa card

Could not pay with Ásdís visa card. THen we tried Erlendur's visa card and that went through. But you said Ásdís had payed. Then I wonder what happend with Erlendurs payment. She has now got the tickets

Prompt assistance

I had to rebook my ticket by canceling and making a new reservation. Although I had technical problems with this, the customer service was prompt and took care of the needed steps on my behalf. This is also a more reasonable price and better options than some other tourist sites.

Booked tickets for Banksy Limitless


Booked tickets for Banksy Limitless exhibition, in London. We had a very poor experience with our tickets. We had booked five tickets for the exhibition, three premium and two standard. We had email confirmation of all of the tickets, but when arrived we were told the QR codes only covered 3 entries, 1 premium and 2 standard. We had print outs of the tickets stating what we had paid for, but we were not allowed one of the premium entries. Following our visit we have proved payment of the tickets, but still not recieved a refund. Very disappointing. We will not use TUI Musement again.

Stay away.I have paid for tickets I never


I have paid for tickets I never received and they didn't paid me back because they said i didn't asked for refund on time. Just stay away. The only reason to go there is to make a mistake because they presend the price in £
