Perfect product, shocking packaging!!
Love the product but the ridiculous size of box/packaging for the size of the actual product was unbelievable!! No need at all and could have been put through my letterbox instead of collection from my post office as too big to deliver.

I love the perfect pink lip oil. The colour is gorgeous and it feels great on. Tempted to buy a few more as it’s limited edition!

Delivered to the wrong address, despite additional cost and instructions
The lip oil was to be delivered by DPD.
I paid an additional £5 to secure a specific time slot.
I gave DPD details about how to access the property with the key safe code and a telephone number for the recipient who has mobility issues and cannot get to the door easily.
DPD delivered it to the wrong address and the item has now gone missing (probably stolen).

Hannah Martin lip smackingly lovely lip oil
Hannah Martins perfect pink lip oil is gorgeous! I was a little worried it would be too girlie pink but it’s not, it has a very slight minty tingle to it and lasts beautifully. Lip smackingly lovely!

Easy website and very prompt delivery…
Easy website and very prompt delivery on two separate products, both of which (Hannah Martin's Perfect Pink lip oil and MyBeautyBrand's ByMe colour changing lip oil) are really good. I was a little doubtful about the Hannah Martin product but it is the most delicate flattering natural pink that stays in place well while the colour changing oil emphasises what you have naturally.

The customer service is amazing. They took care of the issue right away and sent me a replacement for the item that was missing. Extremely impressed!!!
