This website is a scam. I ordered a bed 2 weeks ago and it’s not been dispatched. I tried to cancel. When you interact with the chat bot it tells you to email, and when you email it redirects you to the chat bot. It looks like ‘Natural Calm’ took the company over from a legitimate brand because on their Instagram the reviews / photos tag a no longer existing account. On their webpage, none of the links to ‘policy’ or ‘Instagram’ work… it’s just pictures of links, not links themselves.

Ordered on Jan 3. No communication and still waiting to be dispatched 15 days later. Do not purchase from this companyy

Arrived quickly and my dog immediately sat in it. So that is good. However, it is much thinner than other ones I've purchased in the past from other suppliers and definitely not worth the money. The stuffing is not enough despite trying to fluff it up as much as I can, and even worse just realised cover is not removable to wash. Very disappointed with what I received for money spent. Wish I'd checked tje reviews first.

Easy to navigate the website and order the bed . The bed arrived promptly and is good quality.

Very poor quality definitely not worth the price. When my puppy who is only 9weeks old lyes down on it she is nearly on the floor as there is hardly any padding in the sides. I certainly wouldn’t have paid the full asking price. Very disappointed

My newly acquired rescue dog loves the bed

Ordered dog bed on 3rd Dec believing I had got a reduction from over £100 to £50.
Waited almost 2 weeks and when no sign of it I contacted the company and was told that the order hadn’t yet been processed so I asked to cancel the order as I wanted it for Christmas and was assured that this was ok.
Like other people, I was then told that miraculously it had been dispatched and it was too late to cancel .
I insisted that I didn’t want the product and wanted a refund in full
I received the bed and was told to unpack it, e mail a photo of it and then a refund would be processed and I could donate the bed to a charity rather than return.
That says it all!!! I am one of the lucky ones to receive a refund but please don’t be fooled by this company!!
The bed is rubbish!!! Thin, no extra cushion for padding and not worth £50 never mind £100!! You can purchase a much better bed for half the price. No wonder they do not want it back!!
Avoid this company!!

Our new dog bed arrived yesterday for my cocker spaniel. He absolutely loves it already ! Super soft and cosy, truly perfect for him. I may have to buy another for upstairs! Great product which I highly recommend.

This dog bed is supposed to made here in a small company, it comes from China.
I waited a month for delivery, there is no customer service available.
When it arrived (vacuum packed) its extremely poor quality. The padding was all over the place, lumps of it all over the place.
I reported the advert to Facebook.
Now the same beds are being advertised under a different company name. Please don't be taken in like me and so many other people.

I have now purchased a couple of beds for my dog and they are pretty good. However you do need to wash the entire bed as they dont have covers that can be washed and the beds do start to split after a period of time and you loose the filler unless you sew them up.
My most recent order arrived today finally after a long wait and pretty poor responses from emails. They dont provide a customer services telephone number.
I dont think I would order another bed, as even with 70% discount they are not cheap and the customer service journey is pretty crap to be honest.

Ordered a dog bed on the 3rd December.Despite a couple of emails stating that it was being "lovingly prepared " or some such wording it has not been sent.Naturecalm site says it is "being packed".
I asked for a refund.I was initially told I could not have a refund and then told I could.No timescale given .I am kissing my over £50.00 goodbye.I have no faith in this company's statements or the possibility of a refund

Wish I had read the reviews. Waiting 11 days, no sign of order. No number to call. Chat bot refuses to cancel order and support emails not responded to.

Very quick delivery. The main thing our dogs love the bed, we can’t get them off of it! The bed quality is excellent, so soft and warm. Would very much recommend this to other dog owners

Got pulled into glossy pictures and reviews. I usually check this site but for some reason I didn't. Wish I had. Waited ages for delivery which means it comes from China. When item arrived it was cheap, badly made (The foam ring didn't meet and there was a large gap) and nothing like the pictures/reviews. Have the dogs used it? No. Am I going to return? No. It will cost more. Ive chalked it down to a lesson learned. DO NOT BUY.

Appalling service - poor customer contact and product was not delivered. It trains to be seen how long the refund will take. Avoid - there are much better providers of similar products out there.

The dog bed which arrived did not match colour on the website site and was thin as paper and shockingly poor quality. Frankly not good enough for my dog or any dog! I immediately repackaged to send back, and was then met with a stubborn returns policy which required photos of the product before I could be sent the return label. What a delay tactic!!!!! They give you the option to donate the bed to an animal shelter but frankly it's too poor quality to donate to any sweet vulnerable animal. I now have to unwrap, then re wrap this product to get my consumer right to return. I wish i'd seen all the other poor reviews and not bought from this awful, unhelpful company. They need to charge less, provide products that are a decent quality, not an insult to dogs and make the returns easy. I will NEVER buy from them again and will make sure I spread this message to all I know. I don't usually leave negative reviews but they've driven me to it!!!!
Im off to buy a decent dog bed elsewhere!!!!

I ordered a four days ago, and there was no communication. Then I tried to cancel one item of three. I then got a message saying the item I wanted to cancel was being dispatched. No sign of the items I want. Support tickets remain unanswered.

The bed arrived and looked really thin, certainly nothing like the one advertised, got it for half price, it wasn’t worth £10 never mind the £60 I paid for

I ordered a dog bed from natural calm but when it came it was nothing like the one they advertise, it looked dreadful. I contacted them and they said it did not meet their quality standards and would refund me the full amount. They take 2 days to answer one question. They said I would get a confirmation email and it would go back into my bank. I explained I had paid by PayPal and I then had a confirmation email saying that £3 refund had gone back to my PayPal. However I paid £58.80 in total.
As I had paid by PayPal I opened up a dispute and sent evidence of the state of the bed I received plus all the messages from Vittoria saying she said she was refunding me the full amount. 2 days later, PayPal messaged me to say the case had closed in my favour and then I had a message from Vitoria saying I had my refund and then an email from PayPal telling me of my refund. Do not buy these beds. I have seen better in places like b and m
Also, if you have paid by PayPal, open up a case and get your money back! Seriously, don’t waste your money on these beds. I wish I could upload a photo with the state of the bed they sent me!

The bed is nothing like advertised. Extremely thin with no support. This company is actively scamming customers with false images.
