Do not use can’t deliver Royal Mail are returning yet we live in a town on a street not in a remote area useless. Not addressed correctly

Just to say these guys are advertising a dog sofa bed cover. This product properly produced by Silentnight and is available on the Wayfair site, from which I eventually purchased (happy with product and super fast delivery) but for just over £33 including delivery whereas these guys indicate a full price of £119 and reduced price of £57. Do a bit of research!

Extremely poor quality, flat as a pancake, nothing like the advertised bed.

I ordered 2 products, received one and now can't get through to a human to resolve the issue. AI generated response on customer support line claims complete order delivered - so where is it? I do not recommend this company, non existent customer service.

Received the bed on Tuesday, was ripped apart by my 5 month old lab pup on the Thursday - literally took her about 2 minutes, she was not left unattended. To be honest, I was surprised at how flat and flimsy the bed was - given the hype on the website - and assumed it might fluff up and get bigger over time. Well, it didn't over 2 days, and it's now unusable. Complete waste of money

The bed arrived in a couple of days, it was tracked by Royal Mail and it was delivered when it said it would be. The colour is exactly what I ordered and it has fluffed up over 24 hours.

It's large enough for my Belgian Malinois who really likes it. I bought it for my office so he has somewhere to lie whilst I'm working and I wanted something nice to look at. The fact that it can be washed (although I've not done this yet) is another plus.

I have read some of the reviews on here so I admit I had lowered my expectations, but in all honesty, it arrived on time, good tracking, right colour and is fluffy. There isn't much more I want for a dog bed.

The only thing I would say is that in the pictures on the website it does look fluffier, but Sirius is happy with it, which means I am too.

Wish I could give zero but can only pick one star, paid £55 for absolute rubbish, the material is shoddy and not as luscious as in your pictures, another awful experience from buying on line, you must be making a mint, so greedy.

Lieing people , don’t not buy anything from these also product absolutely terrible not worth a quid , you will be lucky if you get the product

Trying to contact this company is a joke. 2 weeks since order, part delivered still missing part of the order which they are saying has been delivered. Even though we are getting messages from a company called Relay Tech not sure who they are. Still no answer from natural calm thinking this is a drop ship company.

Absolutely terrible product. The quality is abysmal and frankly their advertising is false.

I purchased the bed, to then have no correspondance that they had no stock! I then had to chase to find out how long it would be! I got directed to a different company and told they were getting new stock in! I waited over 6 weeks until it arrived. Now its here it doesnt look anything like the photos. In the photos they are firm, full and fluffy, with a good round shape. What we got, a fluffy flat pancake with filling that is very patchy and not enough! We have shaken it out and tried to mould it to the right full shape! You can feel the floor through the bottom as the filling isnt enough! We purchased it for orthopedic needs for our dog. Very disappointed!

I ordered a dog bed and a sofa cover which was buy one get one free. They have delivered only the dog bed and 1 sofa cover. They will not reply to any emails and the customer service is non existent. It took over 6 weeks to receive this order. The product itself is not worth the money and extremely cheap quality. Hoping to receive the rest of the order asap.

I ordered 2 beds from Natural Calm with a 24 hour delivery, the first bed took 5 days and I have received the second bed. Customer Service is AI but I did get an email, support at naturalcalm.co.uk Vittoria responded stating she would refund me but I haven't received the refund, now there is no response from emails. I think this is a scam site, stay well clear

This in my opinion is a scam they advertise all the time but try getting a delivery of the bed. You might get the ‘free’ sofa cover but that is it.
No amount of emails will help .

This is a scam site. Ordered a bed with a 24hr delivery, no sign of it after over 72 hrs. Customer support is AI, it’s rubbish. Have requested chargeback from my credit card after cancelling via email- if there is no dispatch refund can be requested and given apparently within 3-5 days. I won’t hold my breath. Instagram site is filled with bot posts.
Update- I was given a refund after effort on my side, not good enough.

Contacted via email 3 times, no response and still waiting for item, any response, poor service!

The beds didn't arrive after nearly 3 weeks and it wasn't easy to get a refund. Or to cancel the order. They are still saying I have to wait for the order and then there is a 30 day money back guarantee. You do not get through to a human being. Rubbish commuication too. I should hvae looked at Trustpilot first
