Terrible quality bed. Puppy used it for 2 weeks and pulled out all the filling through the thin cheap fabric.
Terrible customer service too, offered 10% refund. Would never buy from them again

I placed an order for a pale grey dog bed but I was sent a dark grey dog bed. This company does not give a telephone number so that their customers can call them, only an email address. When you email them, they take two days to answer and then they keep asking questions that you've already told them in your previous emails just to waste time. I ordered from this company because they claim their dog beds are made in the UK and contain less chemicals than cheaper beds. This bed was £54 so I expected better quality and to be sent the right colour. The bed is floppy and flimsy and nothing like it looks on their website at all. I would not recommend this company and I would avoid them.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before buying this product. I have not received the bed I ordered and there is no way to phone or email the company. I have used the contact form but had no reply. Please don't use this company, it appears to be a scam.

Appalling product. So thin and has not fluffed up at all. I’ve asked for a return label so I can return for a refund and told I’ll have to wait 24h! Probably because they have so many disgruntled customers to deal with. Do not use this company

Not so good an experience but the dog calming bed is fantastic my dogs puppy loves it, also had a free grooming comb which is perfect for her thick wavy goat

This company is a SHAM - don't waste your money!
Leaving my dog at home with one of these resulted in thousands of tiny pieces of faux fur & foam filler - definitely not good for a chewer...

also comes from China - lots of bad communication - no right to cancel at all - took weeks to get here & then gone gone gone within a few hours - (my dog is not naturally a chewer)?? Thankfully my pooch didn't ingest otherwise could have been a whole lot more serious.. please people don't do it - is not as it seems - go to a pet shop or garden centre - or a reputable dog bed maker - yes it will cost more but not as much as the vet bills or worse - and frankly the old phrase you get what you pay for does indeed apply here - except you won't even get that - you will get something that is probably not even legal in this country and definitely is not worth the money they are asking.. and it could really seriously harm your dog - not soothe or calm - harm!!

Do not buy from this website! Still waiting for an update after purchase and after reading previous bad reviews will be contacting the bank to report them! No way of being able to contact them on there website. Do not be fooled like I have! They should be ashamed of themselves! I was so excited to receive the new bed for my dog, it saddens me to think how wicked some people can be!

I purchased a bed which is not as described on the website. It has no substance and offers no 'orthopedic' support to my dog. It's flimsy. I've contacted Natural Calm 5 times to get a refund but each email I send receives the same automated response, directing me to their 'contact us' page on their website which has no information on it. There is no phone number. There is something very odd going on here. I will reporting them. Simply not good enough.

Avoid. I have paid for the bed and have had no follow up about Delivary. I have tried their GP chat, it doesn’t answer. Contacted them on email no answer then get sent a link to enquiry which when you press you get an error message. It doesn’t work. SCAM company and if they are not they are certainly behaving like one

4 day paid delivery turned into 14 days. The bed is nothing like the photos, thin and would not support a medium dog let alone a large one. Don’t waste your money

No bed has arrived and no way to contact this organisation. Either a scam or extremely poor operation. Avoid buying from this company

My 3 dogs love this bed and I'll be changing my other 2 shortly. The best bed I've ever bought and I've bought alot over the years. Thoroughly recommended 😁

Bought under previous name of Bella & Toby. Looks plush on the eye, but reality is the bed offers no support underneath and my dog might as well be sleeping on the floor. Didn’t wash well either - went all clumpy.

I believe this company to be a scam company. They give it large that they have 24 hour customer care and to buy with confidence, but there is no valid phone number or email address. There is AI generated chat which sends you on a loop to an invalid email address. They claim to have shipped but no tracking seems to add up and no way of contacting them to ask for my money back. AVOID!!!!!!

I appreciate that this company is very transparent about the quality of their beds and has a no-fuss refund policy. They issued a full refund when we raised concerns, and although they initially tried to deduct a small amount, they refunded it promptly when we pushed back. So, from a customer service perspective, they’re responsive and trustworthy.

However, the product itself falls short. The beds we received were poorly filled and lacked the support of our previous one. We found a very similar bed at The Range for just £15, and eventually replaced both beds (yes, we gave them a second chance) with a much better and larger one from Pets at Home for £35.

I genuinely want to see this company succeed—they seem well-intentioned—but their product quality and value are not yet on par with other options currently available.

Want to warn people to avoid this company, used to be Bella and Toby. You cannot contact them if there’s an issue and they ignore all emails but will happily bombard you with spam.
