J'en ai plus que marre de Némésis. Je suis client depuis longtemps et, depuis quelques mois, presque tous les règlements que j'envoie suite à mes commandes n'arrivent jamais sur mon compte. J'ai pourtant une adresse privée... Aussi, j'évite désormais ce market avec regret...

Voilà bonjour j'ai passé un commande via un Escrow doit l argent passe par Némésis il m a bien été retiré mais n est jamais arrivé sur le site ..... Enfin du moins visible. J'ai comme je suis têtu breton re essayé qq jours après la pareil rien dans le with draw mais au lendemain matin surprise le montant était dans mon withdraw et j'ai pu passe commande devant tant de joie je réessaye l après midi auprès d un autre vendeur Escrow pour un montant un peu plus conséquent et la idem rien dans le withdraw. Je me dis demain il fera jour et rien et le surlendemain rien. Alors après tout il est possible qu'il y ait des problèmes mais cela fait plus d une semaine que j essayé de faire un ticket auprès du support tout va bien je le rempli et quand je l'envoie après vérification que je suis pas un robot j'ai un écran blanc avec écrit (SOMETHING WENT WRONG) et ce durant au moins 20 tentatives. Du coup quand ça marche c'est bien même si je n'ai pas encore reçu les commandes validées et shippees qui ont marchées mais si y a un problème ben c'est dans le fion pour ma part 150 euros.....

Working with the Nemesis Now Team used to be great but not so much anymore now.

Apparently I missed an email that they no longer allow selling on Amazon.co.uk for stockists.

Despite this also deleting our listings on the EU platforms (which were not affected by this change but clearly someone doesn’t understand how the Amazon platform works) I complied with their request and asked them to confirm if I managed to delete all listings. A week later no one replied to that email. Not great to leave us in limbo weither or not we’ve managed to do what they asked us to do in order to avoid having our account closed.

Not to mention that supposedly this move done to help independent stockists while when one looks at Amazon nemesis now offers free postage on all their items which is impossible to match for independent stockists.

Sad to see that yet another manufacturer goes down the route of limiting their long term stockists in favour of increasing their own profits.

Furthermore considering catalogues are sent out almost monthly surely such an important change could have been included as a letter with those instead of telling me that it would have cost them too much money and would have been too much work to send out a psychical notice.

I have been a customer of nemesis now for a few years, it has been an amazing experience and customer service and support are excellent. Products are of extremely high quality. Unfortunately, I have had to pull a lot of my stock from nemesis now due to them selling their products on Amazon at (obviously) much reduced cost than I can reduce to due to what I pay for the items. This has caused me to no longer be able to supply many products from nemesis now anymore which is a huge shame. I get too many complaints now on how “it’s cheaper on Amazon” which of course it is when you are buying directly from the (wholesaler). I no longer find it’s beneficial to my business when my wholesaler is my competition.

The quantity of items has really improved recently & I have been super happy with my orders 🖤

I have dealt with nemisis now for over 12 years. I have found them to be really good to deal with if I have had any problems they are dealt with quickly. All the staff are friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much for them excellent company

I had an easy time ordering product. But I haven't received a phone call or email about payment or shipping.

The delivery was ultra fast just as promised within 5 working days to EU custom declaration etc easy and pre arranged both sides always informed and ups always updated delivery status great job appreciate making business with you

I have placed several orders with this company , bit gutted to find my account has been suspended because I haven’t ordered in over a year , unfortunately due to ill health and the economy I haven’t had the finances to do so , now I have to reapply for an account.Personally I think that’s a little unfair to suspend my account due to the fact I haven’t ordered

I had trouble checking out online and a few emails back and forth one lady went out of her way and helped me out.
