what a very plesant experiance.web site is very easy to use. ordering is also very easy delivery is 1st class customer service is also 1st class. reccomend to all.

Nemesis Now have been suppliers of Faster than Light for a few months now. I find ordering very easy and very enjoyable wether online or over the phone. Once past the opening on the phone and you have stopped laughing the staff are really nice and friendly a pleasure to deal with.
The after sales is absolutely spot on with accurate delivery times and no problems with orders.

By chance
By chance, I found Nemesis Now and I am so happy for that moment of fate. The sculpted works coming out of their studio are by far the best I have ever seen, and the quality does not differ from one item to the next. Our first order was not very large, as we wanted to test the waters, so to speak, and we sold out in three days. We have been incredibly impressed with everything we receive and that same energy is mirrored by our customers, as they continue to buy until we are out of stock, every week.

A happy customer
This company sticks out for me in so many good ways. From their great well-priced (and different) products to their excellent customer service. Just try their phone number too - the recorded voice announcement is brilliant and why would more companies not try for something a bit more fun too? I am a definite fan and this comes solely from being a customer - a happy customer.

Have to agree with the others about quality slipping.
I’ve always loved nemesis now but the quality of painting has slipped so much recently.
The night price does not reflect the quilaty anymore.

Poor quality and poor value for money
Purchased a Game of Thrones goblet at London Comic Con. Assumed it was metallic however the inside of the cup part fell out and then when I accidentally knocked it over the whole thing broke into 3 revealing that it was metallic coated with cheap hard plastic material inside. Very poor quality and poor value for money.

not US friendly
not US friendly, many hidden fees and they need to remove items that US sellers cannot buy, why show them if we cannot purchase them? Also shipment came damaged, too many hoops to jump through to make a claim.

Building on from previous feedback that we received from our US Customers, last year we introduced a new lower pricing structure. This was to make up for the extra charges which you, unfortunately, face for shipping and customs charges. We are constantly striving to ensure our US customers feel valued and so your feedback is extremely important to us.
We always try to ensure that items arrive at our customers in perfect condition and would never knowingly send out items that were damaged or faulty. However, once the packages leave our warehouse and are handed over to the courier, some things are out of our control. Therefore, if you receive damaged items we suggest that you make us aware as soon as possible so that we can investigate this with our couriers and have the issue resolved for you. If you send an email over to sales@nemesisnow.com our customer services team would be happy to investigate your damages and arrive at a satisfactory solution.
As a company, we do not add any 'hidden charges' onto any orders and so the only charges I can think you are referring to are the changes you receive through customs. Within our Terms and Conditions Section 7: Delivery and Charges we state that ‘When despatching goods outside the UK, we deliver goods as standard on a DAP (“Delivered at Place”) basis unless agreed in writing by both parties. We are therefore not responsible for any customs charges.’ This, therefore, means that Nemesis Now does not accept responsibility for customs charges and so we apologise if you believed differently. You would’ve also been made aware of the customs charges when being prompted via email for payment of your order. Within the email, it states ‘Please Note: Customs Clearance, duty and taxes unless otherwise stated are NOT included in this price and must be arranged by yourself if necessary.’

Fab company and fab staff

Getting poorer quality.
I have ordered a few nemesis now/alator skulls from sellers and am getting slightly disappointed by the painting standards on the skulls. There are smudges, paint missing, huge scratches and issues relating to casting. I have even had to return one due to so many issues with it. I have over 120 of the skulls you have made but the quality is seeming to deteriorate.
