Nev and Andre delivered our Charlecote kitchen island today. They both provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you Nev and Andre!

Our first visit and purchase from Neptune. Jo helped us choose the right coffee and side tables, and they are perfect.
They gave us a date for delivery and we had a telephone call from the driver when they were 30 minutes away. The delivery men bought our tables in, and set them up where I wanted, and then took all the cardboard packing away. We will definitely return for our next purchase!

All our Neptune products and items are great and of the highest quality. However, the 'two man, white glove' delivery of our £7,500+ sofa really let them down. When they arrived at the house, one of the delivery men got out of the lorry and immediately lit up a cigarette before starting to unload the sofa. If he was that desperate, surely he could have done that 'down the road' before the delivery?
After the delivery, he then said he needed to take to break so sat on out driveway in the lorry for about half an hour.
I know this all sounds like a 'first world criticism' (and I don't want it to lose the guy his job) but this die feel like a second class service for a first class product.

Pauline did a full home transformation for us from design through to delivery and styling. It has been a marvellous journey, Pauline has been fantastic to work with through out and the end result will keep us happy in our home for years!

The products are of a superb quality, but Pauline,their wonderful interior designer is what made our experience with Neptune so amazing.
She knew exactly the feel we wanted to create in our home and her eye for detail and scale is exceptional. I cannot recommend the design service enough, she has made our home look so beautiful we couldn’t be happier.

Our home is more like a Neptune showroom and we are always pleased with each new item we purchase.

We had a kitchen from Neptune. The kitchen quality itself if beautiful. However the experience was painful - multiple errors in the order left to delays, staff slow to respond and didn’t explain things properly etc. We discovered Neptune is a franchise so lots of finger pointing. Beautiful kitchen but I would recommend going via another store as the experience with Cambridge was frustrating and prolonged.

Neptune Cambridge store is lovely with super professional helpful staff. Able to see the desk we liked and order straight away in store. Very happy. Delivery team were wonderful assembly was excellent. Thank you.

I had a fantastic consultation in the Cambridge branch. The girls were so helpful and it felt very relaxed and no one was rushing me to get through to the next customer. The interior was exquisite and gave me and my husband lots of ideas to revamp the house. I shall be returning to purchase the gorgeous yellow cabinet in the front.

What a joke. Staff standing around on phones or chatting to each other as opposed to greeting customers or asking if you need help. Asking for their WiFi code was as if I was asking for a free product and the general vibe is that they decide if you’re worth their time as you enter the store. Poor items at best, vastly overpriced and attitude is disgusting. Having just moved to the area from London and having a large property to refurnish I know I won’t be spending a penny at this establishment. Most of the furniture in there is similar to Oak Furniture land just five times more expensive. Give it a miss.

Josh and Alfie did a superb job delivering and assembling all the furniture for our new house today. They arrived on time, were very polite, clean, tidy and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a great service guys.
