Thrilled we chose Neptune in the end!
We are so pleased that we chose Neptune to supply and fit our kitchen in our new self build home. The process was by far the least stressful part of the housebuild! The customer service at Neptune really is first class. Claire from the Cambridge store was so friendly and accommodating of what we required, and assisted us with any changes that we made throughout the design process. The technical side went very smoothly too, thanks to James’ liaison with our developer which made the process feel seamless.
Jennifer at the Cambridge store sourced the Siemens appliances and was always very helpful ensuring the installation process went smoothly with 3rd party suppliers. We’re really pleased we used Neptune to supply the Quartz worktop as despite being more expensive than supplying it ourselves it took a lot of stress away.
We love the product itself and so pleased with the choices we made in the end. It’s a beautiful classic kitchen that will stand the test of time. Thank you Neptune!

Neptune is a favourite of mine
Neptune is a favourite of mine. I’ve been to a few locations. My first visit to Harston Cambridge, with my daughter-in-law and twin buggy was like visiting friends . A big greeting of smiles and offer of coffee .. warm friendly, relaxed and the whole experience to be revisited.. Again ,Jo and Sarah , most helpful, time to help and listen . My home is full of accessories from Neptune, I love the styles and colours, quality and durability. And the bags are a bonus too . Sarah and Jo thank you both so much x

Love this shop! Staff really friendly and helpful
I often pop into Neptune Cambridge on my way into the town centre!
The ground the house is situated on are beautiful and the set up inside is something only people can dream of! The staff are always happy and helpful, pleased to welcome you in.
Whether it be you’re looking for top end furniture or simply popping in to purchase a candle they are always happy to help!

The design experience from Neptune…
The design experience from Neptune Cambridge is a brilliant way to visualise your goal. Claire supported us every step of the way - including a visit to our home - to spec the designs for our dream kitchen. The output is a beautifully designed and printed folder of drawings, moodboards, designs and technical details. Would highly recommend.

Amazing amazing customer experience as always
Neptune Cambridge arranged for my Buckland bench seating to be removed and reinstated following water damage to my home. Customer service was as usual for Neptune amazing. They always manage to make me feel like a very important customer and that is what makes them one of my all time favourite retailers. Special thank you to Jennifer, and to James for refitting my bench even better than before.

From our initial meeting with Pauline…
From our initial meeting with Pauline in August 2022 to receiving our furniture last week, Pauline has been a pleasure to deal with.
Pauline understood our wants for our new look lounge, considering our tastes and style from the rest of our home to achieve this.
We placed a deposit for the project to go ahead in early November. Our part was to organise plastering, painting of walls and new flooring, along with minor electrical work, which began in early January.
Unfortunately Pauline made us aware that the main bulk of our order (2 sofas, armchair and TV cabinet) would be delayed by another 6-8 weeks. We were very disappointed with this news as our lounge had been prepared. But we were very grateful to Pauline in keeping us regularly updated on the orders progress.
On the day of installation and styling we had two “white glove” delivery team who were respectful to our home and polite placing all our items in situ. Pauline then spent time “styling and dressing” our lounge.
The result is we have a beautiful cosy and stylish lounge which we love and are thrilled with. Well worth the wait!!
Pauline Fox is an excellent home designer and her customer service deserves the 5 stars alone.

A very disappointing experience
A very disappointing experience. The design was flawed (eg excessive gaps around built in appliances), installation delayed with a range of issues in execution (eg skirting not fitting properly). A couple of the cabinets have been discoloured and some wood has split. Our different issues are still not sorted out several months on, with a general air of arrogant dismissal. Having used John Lewis of Hungerford and Mark Wilkinson before I would definitely point any potential buyer in their direction over Neptune. Much better products and service generally.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your journey with Neptune Cambridge. We have been in regular contact and I have personally met with you on site, on multiple occasions, to ensure the few issues we faced were resolved swiftly and efficiently, which I am confident we have done. I am sorry you feel this has not been to the standard you expected.
We have one outstanding remedial which is in the process of being rectified imminently (the split wood you have referenced being a replacement end panel). Once again, I am sorry you feel this has not been dealt with quickly enough. Initially we weren't able to get a replacement until May and I am delighted that we have been able to improve this date to this week. At all times, I promise, we have considered your installation a priority.
I am disappointed that we've not been able to meet your expectations on our service and I sincerely apologise for this.
