We purchased a ex showroom bed online from Neptune Outlet. When it arrived it was the wrong size. After taking it away they returned a couple of weeks later with the correct. The install time on both visit were spot and helpful. We also had problems around the pricing. I will gave a massive shout out to Abbey who was very quick to reply and assist and turn a negative in to a positive experience. Thank you

Really helpful Meet & Greet, directions, information of where things wee, eg Showroom, loos, cafe, parking, Warehouse Sale. Staff within the Warehouse Sale were helpful and courteous. Goods regularly re-stocked. Efficient check-out queues. All making for a pleasant visit.

We recently went to the warehouse outlet in Swindon.. the whole event was well organized and the staff were amazing. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Managed to buy some furniture and kitchen items.
Look forward to the next one :)

This was my second Neptune warehouse sale - not as much stock as the first one I went to but there were some lovely pieces and bargain prices. I’m very happy with my haul of beautiful accessories. The staff were exceptional as always, they couldn’t do enough to help - a great team that deserve a big thank you!

It has to be five stars. This was my first Neptune Warehouse sale and I was so looking forward to it!

I was not disappointed, it was the most relaxed, calm, civilised sale I had ever been to. Time slots, what a genius idea! Lovely, helpful man on the gate who explained there was outdoor seating and pastries available from the cafe, toilets available too.

There was a very small queue and then we were all welcomed individually by the Neptune ladies each one with a smile and a warm hello. Everything inside was as I expected from Neptune, organised, tidy, and running smoothly. Numbers for time Slots were kept small so it didn’t feel crowded or rushed.

Having called my husband mid sale he tentatively asked “so how is it?” to which I replied “I’m already looking forward to next years invite!” Thank you Swindon Neptune Outlet!

We recently attended the warehouse sale and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff members were so kind and helpful: they even allowed my children to join me!
Many bargains to be had - I definitely have regret over not getting certain bits so will definitely be back again!

The greeting from the car park attendant set the scene for a lovely experience. Everything was so well organised and the staff so welcoming and helpful. The cakes and coffee were a great addition this year. It was so good I came back again later in the week!

The event was very well organised, not too busy, no long queues. As we would expect from a Neptune experience, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The warehouse sale was excellent and the staff were very helpful. However, the pick up experience could have been better for small items of furniture. I purchased a single wicker chair and when I arrived home it was apparent that one of the legs was broken so very disappointing. The chair was squeezed into my car which I imagine caused the issue

Really well organised, had to wait only a few minutes to enter sale. Good selection of quality items. Short queues to pay. Can't wait for the next one!

After the EPSOM fiasco, I was apprehensive about this sale. I’ve been to the past two that were held in Swindon and always enjoyed them. This one was well organised and managed; from the gentleman at the gates to the Neptune staff helping and advising customers, everyone seemed happy.
The only slight negative was I couldn’t go each day to bag more bargains as the stock rotated, so had FOMO.
Please continue to keep it in Swindon.

I ordered a dining room table. The table came in fantastic condition. It was delivered and put together by Paul and George who were polite and professional. I’m very happy with the product and the service provided.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and if they are unable to answer a question they get back to me. I truly love the products from Neptune and look forward to their new seasons ideas ( especially the garden!)
