I’ve been so pleased with the quality and design of our kitchen, it’s now my favourite room. Working with Paul was brilliant - I felt he was helpful on budget and his layout suggestions I am very grateful for. Everything makes sense in how we use the space. I couldnt recommend enough.

Lovely staff, great customer service, top quality furniture and kitchens, all delivered and assembled with a huge amount of care and attention to detail. Honestly can't fault them!

I was unhappy with the direction my interior designers were heading and decided to use Neptune’s in house design service for a complete overhaul of my hallway, sitting room, dining room and landing. The result is all I could hope for. Shannon at Neptune Weybridge has been utterly fantastic with everything from ideas that meshed and improved on my own, measuring and ensuring everything fit, to overseeing the ordering and delivery, and keeping me updated on delivery dates. When all my lovely new furniture was delivered, she came and helped with the accessorising, and completed the look. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and my house is beautiful in a way I could never have achieved without her help. Thank you Shannon!

Chris @ Neptune, Weybridge has been a phenomenal director who has helped us get the dream kitchen.

It was a challenging situation as we were buying a new built property and our developer Max was kind enough to allow us to plan the Kitchen of our choice from Neptune much before exchange (5 months before) has taken place and that is how we met Chris. He was brilliant in working with us on the plan for our new kitchen with some amazing ideas and then Chris was very flexible & accommodating by going out of the way to help us despite delays in exchange for over 2 months and we now have a beautiful Kitchen from Neptune which is of very high quality installed to precision. We have now moved to our new home and truly appreciate Chris's help in delivering the Kitchen of our dreams in our new home within the time frame.

We would highly recommend Neptune Kitchens for their quality, style, finish & customer care and if you are from South West London, visit Weybridge and meet Chris to get your dream Kitchen.

Great experience with Neptune Weybridge! We ordered an outside dining set, which was delayed due to Covid, Brexit and what else, but we kept being informed throughout and have now got a fab outside dining table and chairs to enjoy! Beautifully made and of great solid quality.

It’s lovely to step off the High Street and wander through the beautifully designed rooms. The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I have purchased many items which look gorgeous and get many positive comments from friends and visitors. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful shop. The thoughtful visual merchandising makes visitors to the store immediately feel welcome and at home. Each part of the showroom feels distinctive and individual, but fits connectedly with the overarching atmosphere of the rest of the shop. All of the areas in the shop feel inviting, the quality of the furnishings is beautiful, and the in-store signage is clear so that customers can appreciate the through-flow of the shop experience. Every time I have visited Neptune I have been warmly welcomed; the service is excellent and the designers are willing to share what is clearly expert-knowledge of the brand and of home design.

I ordered the Chichester Deluxe Workstation which did not arrive in pristine condition as expected for a new item and an item at this price point (in excess of £3,000). There were several scratches in the paint and also scratches/gouges in the wood of the pull-out desk surface.

Neptune arranged representatives to paint the scratches. However, some time later, I discovered two of the screwheads missing on the door latches - screw ends are embedded in the cupboard doors but no heads (cheap screws?!). For two latches, only one of two screws hold the latch jewellery in place. Furtermore, the pull-out desk drawer does not lock on one side - mostly likely due to misaligned placement of the locking latch.

For an expensive item as this (over £3,000!), I do not expect to have received such a poor quality item. Poor/non-existent quality control. Very disappointed Neptune.

Further to Neptune reply: Thank you Chris for your reply. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss this further. To address your question, I was never offered a replacement. The certificate was offered, but when I enquired further and spoke to Neptune about resolving the scratches, no certificate was forthcoming or has been provided. Furthermore, as mentioned in my intial review above, I did not expect a faulty item with both broken and non-functioning parts so I would like to discuss how these can be rectified please.

17 March update: saga continues.

The Neptune delivery team came to deliver my deluxe workstation today but they only had the base unit.

I specifically stated in email and review correspondence that the base does not have the issues, it's the top unit. When speaking to Neptune to clarify this over a month ago, they stated that both units would need to be replaced in order that the paint batch used for top and base units would match accordingly.

Why on earth did the delivery drivers today only arrive with as base unit? They rang the Swindon branch upon arrival who informed them that the top unit would be delivered on 24th March - this is the first I am even hearing of this! And, it completely goes against the rationale provided to me previously regarding the paint batches.

How many more visits and time do I have to waste emailing, ringing and trying to organise a seemingly simple swap-out of a workstation with quality control issues?!

Please get your act together and provide some decent customer service!

Bought the Winterberry room fragrance. Smells wonderful if you put your nose to the bottle or wooden sticks but otherwise no aroma at all. Would get more smell from a fir cone in a room. Bought the candle and it smells amazing.
I was grateful that Neptune offered an immediate cash refund for this product so I have upgraded my review to 5 stars and will certainly shop there again.

Excellent service, quick delivery and lovely item purchased, the only fault is, it was probably a little over priced for what it is.
