I thought the staff were lovely and the delivery team exceptional, only marking down as we had to wait 5 months for delivery- and were expected to pay the full amount upfront.

Absolutely love the Neptune Verveine candle. Makes the house smell wonderful.

Can't fault my recent experience at Neptune in Weybridge! The staff were lovely and very accommodating to my interior needs (shoutout to Natalie who really took the time to understand the vision for my home). Looking forward to my next visit with you all soon - thank you Neptune!

Neptune Weybridge is absolutely amazing. I recommend asking for Natalie, her knowledge on interior design surpassed anyone else that ive spoken to. She is very knowledgeable and I have a wonderful home now to show for it. Thank you Natalie, I will be back for advice on my new extension next year.

I absolutely love the Neptune Weybridge store, I always find something I want in there, or a lovely gift for a friend. I'm a particular fan of their candles and the faux flowers are amazing. The staff in the store are very friendly and welcoming. There's always something different to see, a new flower arrangement or table setting. The store is such an asset to Weybridge.

What can I say, Neptune as a company are fantastic.
I haven't been able to install the Chichester double washstand yet and still waiting for building materials which are on order and scarce due to Covid.
The marble top is still in its box so have not even looked at that. However, I know if there was anything wrong Neptune would sort it out for me. I have previously bought the bar stools in the high backs. They are wonderful as well.
Next I am going to buy the matching dining chairs for my breakfast area.
I must also say a special thank you to Charlotte who handled the sale. She was extremely professional and friendly on the phone and dealt with everything for me. I know she is on maternity leave now but hope she comes back as she is a great asset to Neptune. Thank you also to the delivery men who were equally brilliant in the way they handled such a large heavy item. Thank you.

Neptune furniture is so well made and so high quality I was really blown when our bedroom side tables arrived. I now have a book case and a mirror. My first real furniture and the personal touch from Neptune was really wonderful, they kept me in the loop at all times about delivery times and on the day they rang half an hour before arriving. I really love this company.

Excellent services from the staff at the Weybridge store. Very quick to respond to queries by email. Polite & courteous staff, nothing too much trouble.

Having chosen my paint colours to makeover my Apartment, I placed my orders over the phone. The colours and quality of the paint are beautiful. The staff at Neptune are so excited about their products that they promote only good experiences. They are helpful too. I always say that if I were young and starting to put my home together, Neptune would be my go to store for all my home comforts! Truly.

Neptune Weybridge is such a beautiful store and my favourite place for home interiors. The store is cleverly laid out with different rooms & sections, (all styled to perfection!) and so it gives you some amazing inspiration for your own home. Their products are such fantastic quality. I'm a regular customer as the Weybridge store is local to me, and the staff are always on hand - they can't do enough to help their customers, whether its a big or small purchase. I can't recommend Neptune Weybridge enough - always warm welcome & a beautifully laid out store showcasing their products in rooms to give lots of inspiration. I live far from the store but always call or place my orders via email if I'm unable to visit. You can't beat the customer service of the staff and the high quality of the brand. They are always very helpful, especially the home design team. I can't wait to have a road trip so I can visit in person again soon.
