My second new car from them – and once again, absolutely fantastic service!

I bought my first new car from them 15 months ago and, after such a fantastic experience, there was never any doubt about where I would go for my next one.

Once again, Nick provided fantastic service from start to finish, keeping me fully updated throughout the whole process and making everything straightforward and stress-free.

I also have to give a special mention to Duncan, who delivered the car. He was an absolute credit to the company. He even called me to let me know he was about an hour away, which was a really nice touch and showed the same level of professionalism right through to delivery.

Having now bought two brand-new cars from them, I can honestly say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. There is absolutely no fear in ordering or paying upfront when you're dealing with genuine, trustworthy professionals who do exactly what they say they will.

Great service, great communication and great people.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car and would happily use them again and again.

Well where to start,had been on the lookout for a certain vehicle and came across NCD website looking through the site (which was really easy to use).I found what I was looking for and at a GREAT PRICE so decided to give them a ring. I spoke to Nick who explained everything (so much so) that I bought the vehicle from them.So if your in the market to buy a new vehicle for a very competitive price dont hesitate give them a ring.You won't be disappointed.

Very happy with our dealings with NCD. Nick is very knowledgable about different cars and all the different models, of which there are now loads of choices. It was over 10 years since we bought a car, so we had a lot of questions, which Nick patiently answered. We were very happy with our price for a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid and for the offer for our old car. The new car was delivered within a timescale of our choosing , and our old car was taken away. We are loving the new car, and car tech has come a long, long way since we bought out last Hyundai.

Do not buy from them as they don't follow through on delivery. Waited over 10 weeks for Tigo 9. Was told it was in the country that the car was ring fenced for us, we were top prip and that they were just waiting on the garage to register it so it could be brought up to them. However, they couldn't give me the VIN number, red flag there. Then after a further 2 weeks was told, via email (didn't even have the decency to call me), that they were refunding my deposit as the garage was cancelling the order due to a "glitch" which will further delay the car. Funnily enough when my mate went to buy a BYD from them, after waiting 7 weeks she was told that they no longer had the colour she wanted, blamed the garage and refunded her money. I don't honestly believe that they have the contract with garages to provide the Chinese cars, they simply take people's deposits l, hold on to their money for several weeks then cancel the order. If the do this on all orders image the free interest they are making on our money. Knew it was too good to be true and it was. Very disappointing and complete waste of time. I now have to start the process all over again and wait weeks for another car from another garage, which I should have just bought from in the first place. Still waiting on the refund of my deposit, despite their email saying it would be refunded in 48 hrs.

I stumbled across the website by accident and I am glad that I did! The car I was interested in was offered with a truly massive discount, and considering that I bought the same model two years ago at full price I did not hesitate to pull the trigger.
It was a no fuss purchase, with delivery to my home address at the notified time and day, and with my part exchange being picked up the same day. The part exchange was at a price guaranteed at time of order, and it turned out to be higher than We Buy Any Car or Motorway.

I just happened to come across New Car Discount when I clicked on one of their adverts on Facebook for a new car. I had already ordered the same car on lease which was scheduled for a 2nd September delivery via my company salary sacrifice scheme. John Robertson had come back to my query about pricing the White Phev and the price was The lowest I had seen, in fact around £2K cheaper than the cheapest dealer price for the car. I decided to place an order knowing that the car could be delivered early September. Once order placed I cancelled my company order.

The car was delivered today up to Glasgow from the Midlands. John had been very quick in replying to all queries I had throughout the process. £500 initial deposit at the time of order and the balance to be paid a day prior to delivery. Very smooth process, and I will surely be reaching out to New Car Discount again in a few years when I plan my next car.

This is my 2nd review for new car discount .com. (you can see my earlier review on this site) i got a new car from them last april its been a great car so far and the service i got from Nick and everyone at n/c/d/.com was great my brother in law saw my car and he took it for a drive loved it and asked me to arange a new car for him which i did through Nick again at n/c/d/.com it came yesterday on time delivered by andrea (nicks lovley wife) in tip top condition and bill loves it its the first new car he's ever bought and he's over the moon. we can't thank n/c/d/.com enough. great price great service what more could you ask for. if your buying a new car you can't go wrong. terry ogg
