I don't suffer fools gladly ( aged 58 and counting ) thus there are a few professions out there that I normally dread dealing with, for example estate agents, car dealers, solicitors, politicians etc. not necessarily in that order! What a refreshing change having just taken delivery of a new Hyundai Tucson today, ordered via Nick and John at NCD and delivered by Paul. Utmost professionalism from all involved from start to finish, every single telephone call or email answered immediately, even at the weekend late on a Sunday evening, not 3 days later like other companies out there! I cannot praise these guys enough, the service was outstanding from start to finish and the price was unrivalled nationwide. Brand new car, registered to me with full 5 year UK warranty and available within 10 days of ordering. I have just bought a Hyundai Tucson after getting a lot of quotes from dealers and internet suppliers. After receiving a quote nearly £2k less than competitors, I was a little suspicious, particularly after all the glowing 5 star reviews on Trustpilot! But I sent them an email and got an immediate response from John Robertson. I have to say the entire process was flawless from start to finish. The main dealer said a 6 month wait - John got us a new 73 plate car in 3 weeks. Main dealer said Sunset Red discontinued - John found a cancelled order with exactly the spec we were looking for.
They are now first choice for any cars we will buy in the future.

This is the second new car I have bought from new-car-discounts. On both occasions the service was impeccable. Every query, large or small, was dealt with promptly and efficiently. When the promised date of my new (73 plate) Nissan was pushed back to the end of October my sales agent John sourced me a choice of replacements within hours and I could not be happier with my new Kia.The delivery driver was very helpful and deserves a mention. I don't normally recommend companies but for these guys I make an exception. Way better than ANY main dealer I have ever dealt with in over 50 years of car buying, new and used.

I also like to say dealing with Nick was very easy and he keep me informed with the status of the car. I have read some negative stuff and conclud that it may well depend on the make and model your buying. In my case I contacted John Robertson about a deal New Car Discount was offering on a MG Trophy.
The deal was amazing and couldn't be matched anywhere. I was a bit reluctant to buy a car this way, but I went ahead and ordered. There was a slight hiccup on delivery, which was not the fault of New Car Discount and I took delivery a couple of weeks later than I wanted.
John was extremely helpful and professional, which made the experience a lot less stressful for this 72 years old.
All I would advise is to make sure you have your questions answered before going ahead.

Went for a test drive at my local garage and asked about delivery. They said 2 months. Contacted Nick at New Car Discount and they provided me with the car I wanted, delivered to my door 9 days later. Very pleased, especially with more than 3000 pounds off the list price

A simple, easy and hassle free way to purchase a new car. Filled the form in online, paid £500 deposit. Bit of a wait due to shortage of electronic chips worldwide. A few emails exchanged with super quick responses. A couple of brief phone calls all dealt with efficiently by Nick.
New car delivered last week. Will certainly use again.

John Robertson was fantastic throughout the process. No fault of NCD but the car (like most) took a lot longer to arrive than expected but John kept me informed throughout. Extremely rapid replies on email and a very professional service. Got a great discount on the car. I cannot recommend this broker enough.

Whilst looking for a new van i come across new car sales i made a initial enquiry. the next day i recieved a response by email requesting a phone call to discuss my needs. well from that phone call to the delivery of my purchase this is the best experience of customer care from buying a veichle online. John and the rest of the team were spot on in communication, the gentleman who delivered my van was extremly helpful and very polite. thank you all. will definetly reccomend this company. great prices that couldnt be matched or beaten online. great service.

Communication was first class with any queries etc being responded to on the same day and often within an hour. This is the second car from the company and both purchasing experiences were great.

Where to start purchased a car in march 2022 everything fine with the order received car all ok but to this day have never received a vehicle registration document for my car after several emails and calls to new cars discount and the dvla only to find my car was registered with a company before I received it so technically I become the owner of a pre registered car not what I ordered so when I receive my vehicle registration document from the dvla it will have two owners this has been a nightmare few months I will never buy from this company again would have gave no stars but that’s not permitted I would love to return the car to you you never offered me a full refund and never told me your supplier offered you that you told me I could have a refund minus £275.00 per calendar month I have had the car + wear and tear still have the email with that wording so if you could take the car back please do and give me a full refund I will be happy
with that and when I do buy a new car will be happy to wait so the lead times do not bother me but what does is getting the right order also the dvla expenses folks was £25.00 to pay for my own registration document that should have arrived with only my self on it then found out it was not dvla fault after all be warned
