New Car Discount レビュー

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Like previous reviewers I wondered if the deal was good as it appears but it genuinely is. I also was concerned about parting with my money before receiving the care but I had nothing to fear. The car was delivered as expected. The communication was excellent. John was always very prompt and helpful with his responses putting up with my many questions. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them. Why pay £5k more from your local dealer?

Absolutely amazing company! Can't believe what a good deal we got. I was so sceptical because it really seemed too good to be true. I read all the reviews and searched high and low on the internet to check this company out. I found nothing but good reviews but was still sceptical when we were asked to pay the full amount via bank transfer 2 days before delivery. We decided to drive to Warrington to collect the car and pay via bank transfer once we were there. We had to travel 5 hours but it meant I didnt have to worry before the delivery. Once we arrived we met the guy that we had been dealing with on the phone and were given the keys to our new car! We are so happy with it so thank you. We have now received our logbook from the DVLA and are extremely happy. Thank you, we will definetly buy a new car from you in the future and feel comfortable to pay via bank transfer and have the car delivered to us directly.

Wow where to start! Well firstly New Car Discount lived upto their name and managed to secure us a brand new Nissan Qashqai £6500 cheaper than the current Nissan price (£16500 instead of £23000!!!) Secondly they secured us a amazing finance deal with a better Apr % than I could find with any other lenders!!! Thirdly we got a real good part exchange price for our old car (£350 more than the big WeBuy...... Companies). Then lastly the process was sooooo easy and hassle free, I will literally never buy a car the old fashioned way again!!!
We paid a holding deposit for New Car Discount to secure the car with Nissan, then they sourced and approved our finance deal, then the new car was delivered to us on a day convenient for us and our old car (part ex) was collected the following day!!! Literally as easy as that!!! The team emailed me back strait away with any questions I had and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I was very skeptical at first as it was all done via phone and email and I'd never heard of them before but no need to be at all. So happy with the new car, the price paid and everything in between. Thank you all so much 😁🙏

Recently purchased a car from New Car Discount. Good experience, professional, friendly and more that helpful staff. I would have no hesitation recommending them. Special mention to Nick. Treat yourself, get a car from these guys, you wont regret it.

Needed a new car quickly and spoke with John Robertson who told me he could get me my car in my chosen colour from Nissan in about 3 weeks. Got it delivered today in 3 weeks and 3 days. Everything went smoothly, John always replied promptly to emails or phone messages. The car looks good and drives well. Excellent customer service and value for money, highly recommended.

My second car from NCD. Same big savings (£7k on a Audi A4 this time) and the same seamless arrangements for delivery of my new car and pick up of the old one. What was different was the environment in which I made the purchase. I ended up getting the car three months late owing to lockdown and then the sale being suspended whilst recall work was carried out. Neither of these was due to NCD, but Nick Ainley kept me updated throughout. Proof that competitive prices do not mean you have to make sacrifices regarding service levels

Just received new Qashqai from New Car Discount to replace previously supplied Qashqai again by New Car Discount the whole process is the best ever experienced and John Robertson dealt with both purchases absolutely outstanding value and service Thank you will most definitely use again

You would be hard pushed to find a better service anywhere.
At first we were worried about buying a car this way but everything was exactly as the adverts said.
We brought a NISSAN QASHQAI HATCHBACK 1.3 DiG-T 160 Tekna+ 5dr DCT. for an amazing price & have recommended this way of buying a car to many friends.

I had already decided on which vehicle I wanted so was looking for the best deal and contactless service.
New Car Discount provided a really good deal and an excellent service with the new car delivered to our house and our part exchange collected from our house.
This is the way car buying should be!

So easy, such good value, great people to deal with - i.e. Paul Clark - and we are deeeelighted with the new, immaculate and delivered to the door in Surrey, Hyundai Tucson. Very happy indeed to recommend anyone reading this to purchase their vehicle via new-car-discount.com We dealt with a number of car dealers on our journey but Paul Clark surpassed them all and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. To begin with we were to conduct a part exchange but were at liberty to sell before delivery day for the new car if we could achieve a better price by other means, which is what we did in the end. This was a car purchase for my daughter and her husband, who echo all my comments and they are now driving their new pride and joy with full satisfaction.

I viewed several vehicles locally, then spotted a great deal for a Renault Kadjar with new-car-discount.com.
After a few emails and calls, I agreed a purchase and the deal went through as promised. John was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries, and my new car was delivered direct to my home. I have recommended a few of my friends to check the available deals from new car discount. Thank you guys.

Just taken delivery of our new Renault Kadjar GT Line! Absolutely delighted with everything from the first contact with New-car-discount to delivery. I was slightly sceptical initially as it all appeared too good to be true! However I need not have worried. I got an incredible price for a top of the range vehicle. I was never pressured into making a decision. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Buying a new shirt online is pretty much an everyday occurrence but a car is a whole new experience and far bigger decision. I compared numerous cars and models on Youtube before choosing the Volvo XC40. I then visited a couple of local dealerships to look at options and test drive. The decision to go with New Car Discount was a risk but it saved me approximately £5k. The communication and e mail response time was excellent and very reassuring even during lockdown due to covid-19. They followed up with Volvo even when most people were on furlough. Finally on delivery day, the payment, delivery of the new car and collection of my old vehicle went so smoothly - so impressed and would highly recommend!

It is easy to provide a good review when everything goes right but in our case we did have problems. This is when you know if you are dealing with a good or bad company. Through no fault of New Car Discount the car delivered on Friday had a problem. John took it on board and over the weekend and Bank holiday found the right people, uncovered the issues and provided a quick solution which was quickly resolved
First time we have purchased a car this way and we were nervous. New Car Discount provided all the support you would expect through a dealer but online and very professional.
Thank You.

Great car great service great company highley recommended
We had the misfortune to have our seat cupra stolen from our drive we had GAP so got all the money back we approached three local dealers one said we could no longer purchase a Cupra the other two told us we couldn't have the colour we wanted and wouldn't give any discount. We were a bit disheartened by this but after contacting new car discout Nick made the enquires and said he would be able to order extactly what we want with a discount of £6000. So we went ahead the corana virus put the delivery back a little but we received the car this week and are extremely pleased with the car the price and service.

Bought a new Jaguar from them a month ago. Customer service was excellent and the price even better! Lock down has stopped me driving the car - oh well!

Experience could not be better

This was a company purchase. Our Accountant was nervous of the transaction paying for the car a day before receiving. Having read excellent previous reviews I was confident that the purchase of the new vehicle and the sale of the old car would go without a hitch - and so it proved. Great service throughout from John Robertson and a great price. Look forward to the next purchase.

Excellent, reliable, prompt service from start to finish! My queries were answered within minutes. Car delivered safely as agreed. Will highly recommend to colleagues and friends. That is the way to buy a new car!

Decent car at a decent price. Not only did I get one but my parents proceeded to buy one. Hassle free. Delivered to the house. Dealerships couldn’t touch the price.
