Easy to order. Hoping the quality is great.
I thought there wasn’t shipping fees if my order was over $50. ?

The site was very easy to use.

Well, this IS my first ever order so it’s not possible to rate my total experience. Ordering was easy, Apple Pay made that easy… but I don’t know a lot of things like, how long till I receive my order? What condition will it arrive in? Once all that has come to pass I’ll be better suited to rate my experience.

The fabrics were not even close to what was advertised. Site said embroidered linen but what I got was poorly screen printed polyester. The package came from China and they gave me a hard time about returning the goods. When they finally allowed a refund it was contingent upon returning the goods to China! This site is a total scam. They are fraudsters just taking money and making it so it costs more to return it than what you paid.

I ordered 2 white embroidered blouses. They looked perfect in the photographs but when my order arrived I opened the parcel to find 2 white t shirts printed with the embroidery. It was so disappointing I had wasted good money on a scam. I contacted my bank and put the goods in the bin. If my next order arrives in the same vain I will take to social media and tell the world.

I found your clothes in the pictures appealing but while have to see how they are when they arrive. Also the price was good also according to how they look when they arrive. The form was easy to fill out, but I couldn’t find anyplace where it said how long it would take to be delivered so I will reserve my review until I receive the products.

Classic bait and switch. Company is not going to give any satisfaction. Had to do a credit card dispute to get my money back the clothes are going to be donated to charity at least someone will benefit. DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY you will not get whats pictured.

Do not order from this company! Please take my word for it. I saw these reviews after I had ordered, and all the negative reviews are correct and truthful. The clothes was terrible looking, and they will not reimburse you. I believe the few positive reviews are people they have gotten to give them good reviews. It's part of the plan to rip you off. Get your clothes elsewhere. Thanks!

The products I received were of very poor quality and fabric.
The refund policy is terrible.
Trying to return a product to China without shipping costs being covered basically eats up the cost of merchandise. I might as well throw the shirts in the trash and write this off to " lessons learned".
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Advertised Japanese clothing but there is nothing Japanese about them. The clothes are made in China where the company is based. Do not trust them.

Placed an order and everything was too small. Contacted the company by email (that's the only way you can contact them). Told I would receive something from their customer service and never received anything. Emailed them again and have heard nothing. I paid for items I cannot use. This business sucks. And quite frankly their products are not as shown. Cheap!!

My question is why does it take so long to receive my order?

Their website markets cotton, embroidered shirts. They sent my wife printed polyester shirts. In addition, the shirts come with no labels or country of manufacture. These are cheap, Chinese knock-offs, not made in "Latvia."

Their reply about our complaint was not written by a native english speaker, rather an awkward translation. Their claim to have originated in "Nashville" is a scam.

You have lot of beautiful items, shopping was made easy, I don't know how much easier it can be done.
