Loved most what I seen on your website and purchasing was very easy.

Newevers website states the company is Latvian based, governed by US law and specialises in hand sewn cotton/linen clothing. The clothes on the website look beautiful but they are not the clothes you receive when you order. The company is a Chinese based company that mass produce cheap polyester copies of the photographs shown. After requesting a refund I was first offered a 20% discount on my next order then a 30% discount. When I refused I was told I would have to cover the cost of returning the items (to China NOT Latvia) even though their Terms and Conditions state the company will pay the cost of return. As I had paid via Paypal I contacted them to see if they could help. They did offer to help with the cost of postage but would not give any guarantees that they would stop allowing this company to use their platform to sell their goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Qualität sollte Leinen sein, ist es aber keinesfalls, billigster dünner Stoff, bei dem nicht mal eine Zusammensetzung der Inhaltsstoffe angegeben wird
Bei einer Hose sind nur Knopfplagiate aufgedruckt, statt richtiger Knöpfe.
Die Abbildungen sahen vollkommen anders und viel wertiger aus.
Ein Kleid sollte Midi sein, ist aber kurz.
Rückgabe bei reduzierten Waren nicht möglich. Rücksendegebühren nach China wären vom Verbraucher selbst zu tragen.
Schade um die schönen Drucke und Farben der Kleidung.

Total SCAM. The clothes do not match the pictures shown on their website—cheap fabric and stitches. The clothes are oversized and don't fit at all. I complained in many emails, and they NEVER refunded my money. If I could, I would give zero stars.
I never had an experience like this before. It is shocking to see their dishonesty.

Its a scam!
The products did not look anything like on the website. They were cheap, really cheap, fabrics. Nothing was embroidered as advertised. And nothing was even wearable. Customer service told me the refund experience is "a little long and cumbersome" and made me take pictures knowing nothing was embroidered to begin with. Making me wait 5 days to even talk to them again. I will though because I want every cent back! It's a hassle. Don't buy from them to begin with. NONE of it is worth it.

Your site looks great and I LOVE your range of clothes, especially the Viking Range ... beautiful designs.

Cette compagnie trompe les clients: les articles que j'ai reçus ne correspondaient pas avec leur description sur le site: ils étaient de mauvaise qualité, en synthétique alors qu'ils étaient décrits en Coton ou en mélange lin coton , d'ailleurs les étiquettes obligatoires indiquant la matière à l'intérieur des vêtements avaient été coupés !
Un des articles avait un design different de sur le site...
Il a fallu au moins quatre mails pour que j'ai une adresse de retour - alors que le site parle d'un retour très facile; et quand je l'ai enfin eue, l'adresse était en Chine, donc expédition très chère.

Whatever you do … do not order from this scamming company . The good comments are clearly bots. The clothes where nothing like the images at all they are printed rubbish material . Look nothing at all like the images and the clothes were huge . One of my dresses even had the design completely cut down the middle and sewn together the pattern didn’t even match .

My online experience was effortless to navigate. I chose my purchases and completed the entire experience in a matter of minutes, with no issues. I love the clothing, pricing, and results. I am now a member of yours.

The styles and fabric prints are gorgeous. However it took me a few minutes and a couple of tries to finalise the purchase. Having been offered a discount for subscribing, I’m unsure if it was applied. Looking forward to the flowing, beautiful midi dress which I have purchased, and am hoping it comes before I go on holidays.

I ordered 3 tops from newevers.com. All 3 were advertised as 95% Cotton-5% Nylon, however, the 3 tops that were shipped were synthetic, and definitely NOT 95% cotton. The print on 1 was so bad it looked like a poorly taken photocopy of an original, and sloppily printed onto the synthetic material. Because they misrepresented the material of the products, I tried to return them, but was first ignored, then they tried to offer discounts to prevent the return, and then finally they approved the return to a Chinese address that Google maps couldn't find. The cost of postage back to China was half the original cost of the tops, and because I was told at the postoffice that it may be a bogus return address, I decided not to continue with the return process. I would strongly recommend that you not purchase from Newevers.com.

Clearly written by Bots, the 5 star reviews are nonsense. Here are some I copied because I feel sick for ordering from this ridiculous scam, and now I can only laugh at 5 star reviews like these:

Es wurde 1a Ware auf den Fotos gezeigt. Das Material sieht wie gewebter und bestickter Leinenstoff aus. Diese Qualität auf den Fotos hat mich zum Kauf bewegt ! ABER DAS MATERIAL STIMMT NICHT ÜBEREIN UND ES GIBT KEINE STICKEREIEN. Stattdessen bekam ich billigstes Polyacryl mit der Heißen Nadel genäht. DAS MUSTER IST NUR EIN VERSCHWOMMENER DRUCK !!! Es wurde hier eindeutig das Original abfotografiert und daraus ein Fake Dekor gedruckt !!! Schlechter geht nicht! BETRUG!!!!
