Website easy to use and convenient for delivery of grocery items to a client in NY. Delivery made same day. Products found and purchased easily.

Ordered beer from them and was brought an expired 6 pack, but the convenience and prices were very good

I have an elderly Uncke who needed food and we got it delivered within 3 hours of ordering . Great Service which i highly recommend.

Due to snow, I had to cancel an order. I emailed customer support and they responded right away.

They canceled my order and provided a full refund. It was painless. They were great to work with.

I ordered four different types of beers - two of which were different from what I ordered. One of them the delivery guy pointed out on delivery, and the other one, he didn't even mention. For both, store should have called me first to see if I wanted replacements. They had my number but just assumed I'd be okay with different ones? I ordered specifically online because it was offering beers not sold commonly. Very disappointed.

This service is the best when it comes to healthy grocery shopping that arrives right to your door in a timely manner. I highly recommend NYgrocery for the winter time

I sent an email from Canada as I wanted to send a gift to my brother in NYC, but could not enter Canadian billing address. Customer service responded quickly and I was able to arrange for the delivery, that arrived at his office a few hours later. Thank You for the very prompt reply and solution.

I was giving up with online delivery supermarkets as there was always a problem with delivery or checkout, however with NY Grocery I was able to use messenger and chat with them to solve all issues! Messaging was instant and I could use the website with ease.

I was having some trouble confirming an online order so I used the "Chat with us" option in the lower right hand corner of my browser. I immediately received a response from "Chatty" who was prepared and ready to assist me!

Chatty stayed online to insure that my order was processed accurately.

Needless to say, I am a happy customer and will continue to utilize this service.

The order arrived quickly. The quality of the vegetables were poor. The prices are extremely high. I was charged for 2 items and received one. I can't trust this service provider, will try a different one.

I went searching for a grocery delivery place because I was feeling very sick this morning. I had no energy to get dressed and run downstairs to the Duane Reade next to my building. I checked delivery.com for grocery stores and a few other websites but no one offered the selection that newyorkgrocery offers. I found medication and some food and it was delivered very promptly. I was also very happy to see different payment options than a credit card - COD and Paypal. They also called me within minutes of placing my order letting me know one item was out of stock but they were able to replace it with another product of the same quality. I will definitely use newyorkgrocery again!

Ordered in the afternoon for my daughter who had been away on business and had no time to shop before impending historic snowstorm.
My daughter uses Fresh Direct and all deliveries were canceled for today and tomorrow due to weather. I found your website, placed the order within 10 minutes. Groceries were delivered ahead of time and with her doorman by the time she arrived home. A bit pricer and tip was steeper than other delivery services but well worth it in a pinch.

Very fast service, called me when they ran out of something I ordered (substituted something similar) free delivery! Website is easy to use, but doesn't contain details of any products.

Found NewYorkGrocery randomly on Google, and on Xmas Eve late afternoon they were my only option for delivery, so i placed my order and hoped for the best.
Really good service - they called on a few items they were out of so they could give me substitute options (rather than just leaving them out) and arrived within the time frame they said they would.
Produce is fresh, which isn't always the case when someone else shops for you.
Reasonably good selection, but the search tool needs help. I had to look up something as simple as a specific salad dressing in multiple ways before I found it.
Still - worth hunting for.
NB prices are on par with most NYC supermarkets as well.

I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.
