Lied about ETA of delivery on the website and over the course of 3 phone calls, turning 1hour into 6 hours!!!!!

My girlfriend was sick at my apartment with no supplies to help her. In an attempt to help her out I tried sending a grocery/medicine care package. I placed my order at 9am and it arrived at 3pm. UNACCEPTABLE

We are sorry for not delivering your order in time. We checked on what happened that day and why, one of our trucks servicing the delivery area broke-down. Rerouting another vehicle took a little longer which caused serious delays in delivery time. We try our best to delivery on time but cannot do much when we have to deal with unforeseen reason such weather, traffic or Mechanical breakdown.
We also understand that in any case you should have been provided a honest timeline for which we apologize. To fix this issue and ensure that this doesn't happen again we have retrained our staff to provide actual timelines.
We would like to have you as our customer and ask for another opportunity to show you our commitment.
