The guys at new homes group have been amazing helping us out throughout our mortgage process. Special thanks to Shannon Quinn and Amrit kaur we wouldn’t have a clue what to do without them !

My experience has been very positive with New Homes; I received excellent support and advice obtaining my mortgage and was given regular updates throughout the process.
Initially I was advised by Lewis Jackson who was very helpful and professional. He listened carefully to the type of mortgage I wanted then spent time locating the correct one for me. He went through the advantages and disadvantages of each possible mortgage and supported me in making a decision that was right for me. I also found providing the necessary documents and ID was completed easily; since undertaking the house buying process, I have found that systems used by others to provide documents and ID have not been straightforward but this was not the case with New Homes.
Once the mortgage was chosen, I was informed regularly of its progression by Megan Dodds who explained and clarified each step of the process. I found her to be patient and professional; who was always happy to explain anything I wasn't clear about.
Overall I found the whole process a positive experience.

As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and weren’t always sure what to expect, but Michaela and Thomas made everything clear, straightforward and made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and well-organised.

Thomas guided us through the application process with patience and professionalism. After our application, Michaela took over and was equally brilliant - always keeping us updated, explaining each step, and ensuring everything moved smoothly.

This is the second time I've used NHMH and I will continue to use them in the future.
The service is always outstanding, there is never a long time to get through to them. Sarah the mortgage advisor was really patient and explained everything to me that I didn't understand and explained various options. She never gave up when we encountered some challenges from lenders (I never knew some lenders don't lend on a property that's been sold for the second time in 6 months).
Marina from the progression team was always so help and called me every couple of days with an update. She was able to chase the lender up when they seemed to be dragging their feet. She was always on hand when I needed an update and most importantly she always got back to me even if it was just to say there was no update.

NHMH were fantastic in supporting me through the process of getting my loan offer. Everyone I spoke to was patient, friendly, and always quick to respond. Michaela Withers, who handled my application, was especially calm, reassuring, and kept me updated at every step. I’m really grateful to her and the whole NHMH team for all their help!

I was referred to NHMH by my builders as their "default/recommended option". While I have no doubt that they can handle routine cases, I got the impression that they might struggle with anything out of the ordinary. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by offering their mortgage service, rather than treating it as a professional service I was seeking.

The initial mortgage advisor seemed to focus on aspects that weren't entirely relevant to my situation. This approach was not particularly helpful or efficient.

I would not recommend this service, especially considering that there are excellent advisors in the market who actively listen, go the extra mile, and process applications much more quickly. These competitors offer a level of service that NHMH did not match in my experience.

I hope NHMH can reflect on this feedback and improve their service to meet the standards set by their competitors in the current market. There's significant room for improvement in terms of customer focus, efficiency, and adaptability to individual client needs.

He explained the process clearly, took the time to answer our questions, and kept us updated at each step. What makes this experience even more meaningful is that, while other advisors gave us little hope, New Homes Mortgage Helpline truly believed in us and worked hard to make it happen. Now, we’re just waiting for the keys to our very first dream home - something we couldn’t have imagined without the amazing support of Jake, George, and Liam.

After wasting 10 weeks with another mortgage broker, Bellway suggested New Homes Group.

Based on my experience I was apprehensive, but within 5 mins of my first call with Callum, I quickly felt relaxed.

Between Callum and Kieron, they found a product to suit my needs, not only helping secure the funds but also restructuring my finances. Michaela picked up the account managing the lender, updating both myself and Bellway every 48hrs and securing the offer.

Amazing team, took all the stress away, can’t recommend them enough.
