Marina worked on our mortgage application and provided an excellent service. Marina was happy to answer any questions and provided frequent updates. Communication was clear and any queries were answered quickly. We felt very supported through our mortgage application.

Kevin Byton was an exceptional mortgage broker and made what could have been an incredibly stressful part of our purchase feel completely manageable. From the very beginning, Kevin worked at speed, speaking with us at short notice and even on a Saturday to ensure we could move forward quickly when our purchase was originally expected to complete within six weeks.

He took the time to carefully walk us through our mortgage options and life insurance, particularly important given our more complex circumstances, including my partner being a non-UK national and having just started a new job. Kevin explained everything clearly and simply, provided detailed illustrations, and helped us understand why certain options were viable and why others were not. That clarity meant we could make informed decisions without needing to do extensive independent research.

When our purchase unexpectedly stretched to eight months due to significant Building Safety Act 2022 complications, Kevin remained engaged and responsive. As things progressed again, he acted quickly to submit new applications, adapt to changing circumstances, and ultimately secure us a mortgage that worked well for us. Towards the end, especially, his support was one of the biggest things that helped us complete our sale before Christmas as he proactively reached out to our lender to clarify several inquiries that our solicitors were being slow with and refusing to act on with urgency. Kevin going above and beyond here eased our nerves massively, and made a huge difference.

Throughout the entire process, our mortgage was the one thing that never felt like a problem, and that was entirely down to Kevin's professionalism and reliability. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and New Homes Mortgage Helpline to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to supporting their clients.

We have been lied to by New Homes Mortgage Helpline. They told us an incorrect interest rate when we started the process of getting our DIP. During our mortgage meeting we were told a much higher rate which was unaffordable for us. New Homes Mortgage Helpline told us they knew the higher rate all along but decided to never tell us. We have had to pull out of our house sae and move and are now liable for £6,000 due to New Homes Mortgage Helpline incompetence. We have asked for phone calls of the conversations since October and have still not been provided with these. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT USE.

Bruno tried his best and really went the extra mile to arrange our DIP and resolved an address issue with the lender’s search. His initial assessment with additional LTI was also great and gave us confidence moving forward. We then worked with Diane, our mortgage advisor who handled our mortgage with great professionalism. She explained everything clearly, guided us through the process and arranged it with additional LTI to meet our needs. She was always reachable on the phone whenever we had queries which gave us real peace of mind. Her assistant Marina was very nice and responsive and together they made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Their guidance made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much easier and we truly appreciated their care. We highly recommend their service.
