account password forgetten and they couldnt even help me identify what email its linked too, instead they said its against terms and coniditons to have "more then one account linked" ?? like im trying to recover my account, hello? yes, i have a sepearte email, inwhihc the account is parentially controleld by me. but i would like my account back. turns out, you cant help with that because your refusing too cause i own a second account used by a child??

My account of ten years was stolen and they couldn't even go back to previous e-mails where I gave them all my information. Don't play Pokémon Go or you will be treated like cattle and have to go through Hell and back to get nothing in return.

Account wurde ohne erkennbaren Grund gesperrt, auf Nachfrage was denn los sei bekam man nur generische Antworten und 0 Hilfestellung.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve been having issues with my avatar changing (hair colour, skin colour, eye colour) so I emailed their support asking if it’s a bug or a glitch & I got a reply saying my account had violated their terms of service & i’ve gotten 1 strike. I emailed back asking what terms had my account violated exactly? & they replied saying that I am still violating their terms. I replied asking how has my account violated anything & to please give me the examples. they replied saying they are final with the decision & have closed my “appeal” (I never made an appeal) & that any further emails & inquiries about this situation will be ignored. the worst customer service ever.

1 Stern noch zuviel. Wollte meinen alten Account wieder haben, ich hatte alle angeforderten Infos dafür weitergegeben. Sogar noch zusätzliche. Dann hieß es das der Account die Anforderungen für eine Wiederherstellung nicht erfüllt. Super dann bietet es doch garnicht erst an. Habe mir mühselig alle Infos zusammen gesucht z.b. Für Zahlungen, benutze Geräte usw.

Impossible to get any customer support that is not an automated bot response, and when you do get humans responding to you they say there is no issue when something was clearly wrong.

I wish I could give 0 stars. PokémonGo PvP matchmaking algorithm is setting players up for failure on purpose. PvP is enjoyable, but it’s discouraging to put in time and effort to catch good Pokémon and grind the resources to build them for PvP only to be constantly hammered with teams that are your perfect weakness.

Ich habe leider ein Ticket für das Pokemon GO Fest ausgegeben und hatte dann regelmäßige Performance-Probleme. Die App stürzte wahnsinnig oft ab, dreimal sogar nach einem Raid und BEVOR ich den Raid-Boss fangen konnte. Der Niantic Support behauptete dann einfach, dass ich bereits entschädigt wurde obwohl dies nicht der Fall war. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und wünsche ihnen viel Erfolg mit diesem schäbigen Umgang mit ihren Kunden.

Concerning Pokémon Go:
€20 for a weekend event? That’s not fun, that’s exploitation. Niantic, how greedy and shady are you!?! This used to be about community – now it’s just about cash. Deeply disappointing.

I love pokemon go, have been playing for years, and now have to delete it. I can’t login to my account for some reason and it says to contact support through the app but how can I do that when I can’t even get in the stupid thing? Makes no sense AT ALL. You guys NEED a phone system so people can call you and get help with this game that people have spent money on and wasted hours on. I say wasted because I have put years into this game and now can’t get into it. And if I delete it to try and redownload it I lose all my data. Sooooooo beyond stupid. Need smarter people running this joint.

run by bots, should be illegal the way they misrepresent themselves and ignore user concerns. I doubt they’ll ever see any kind of financial consequences but they should be shamed everywhere and shut down

Banned my account for no reason. I've only ever played on the official app through the playstore. I've read numerous cases of banning people randomly. Avoid all Niantic games they will delete your account for no reason so don't bother wasting your time and money.

Help support were as usual as a chocolate teapot. Run by bots it seems.

My partner was given a random 7 day ban for “violating the terms and conditions” which by the way my parent did not. We both play daily and our play time is of the same. And last month she got another ban but this time it’s 30 days: they are nothing but thieves, they randomly select players and they will ban you and all the money you’ve spent on the game will be lost because they steal that from you. All their hate and emails are automated and I was arguing with them that my partner got a wrongful ban but their response was my account had violated the terms and conditions when I was speaking about my partners account. Clearly bots or AI. Everyone should boycott this company. Even the Russians give better customer service

i lost a shiny regigigas because it would keep breaking out of the ball even when its shiny in a raid. i contacted niantic but they didnt do anything. my username is lightweaver42

They suspended my account with no reasons. After I bought a package too. Terrible.

Dreckigster Haufen wir wurden nun in der Community bereits vermehrt ohne grund gesperrt. Bannappeal natürlich nur Dumme künstliche non intelligence. wenn überhaupt dann mal ein Supporter kommt ist dieser Dreister und einfach nicht kooperativ. geschweige kompetent.
Man bräuchte mal endlich eine sammelklage gegen das unternehmen damit sie es lernen würden

Very bad customer service, they stole your account when you are at high level with too much shiny or hundo, or when you have reached high objective, and make your account have permanent ban, the reason? The reason is just that you don't spend money anymore if you have reached good level and have amount of pokemon, it's just a robbery playing at that game, or trust this Niantic software producer
