Niantic ist nicht vertrauenswürdig, ist nicht fähig sein Flaggschiff Pokémon GO stabil zu halten und hat nur noch einen Zweck: Geld machen um jeden Preis bei null Kundenorientierung und Betrug an den Spielern.

Pay to win. Spiele Firma die ihre Kunden über Trigger süchtig machen möchte.

Probleme bei Käufen werden nicht zugegeben geschweige denn der bezahlte Betrag für nicht erhaltene Leistungen erstattet. Vorsicht bei Spielen von Niantic!

Appalling customer service. My children have got into pokemon go over the last few months and this weeks go wild or max event was the first one they tried. We purchased the tickets totalling £15 and it wasn’t functional for the first 3/4 days, this was half the entire event.
They refused to refund or provide us with the loss goods.

I wish I saw how many bad reviews they had before I gave them permission to play. I will be warning all the parents I speak to about my experience and I am considering a charge back as well as with holding any further money.

Shame on you Pokemon for permitting such a bad experience to be the norm.

Bot only support, no acknowledgement of fault on their end, no resolution of issues. Terrible customer experience and service.

Par deux reprises le 30/10/24 et le 15/11/24 l’application a beuguer lors des raids. J’ai obtenu les récompenses, vues le tableau des gagnants mais au moment d’attraper le Pokemon l’application se ferme et du coup lorsque je rouvre tout a disparu ; deux pass de raid en moins et le service client totalement absent.

Vous disent : « Merci de nous avoir écrit. Après une enquête minutieuse, il semblerait que vous ayez terminé le Raid que vous avez mentionné, ou que vous ayez déjà été remboursée pour ce problème de Raid. En l’absence de problème de Raid, nous ne pourrons rembourser cette demande. »

Malheureusement c’est faux

Niantic support has been declining with every other new side game release. At the launch of pokemon go, it was mainly run by a skeleton crew of guinea pigs, and I am not sure they are fed well.

Niantic pays women less, supporting the genderpaygap the American way. Spoofing is against the TOS, but subscription cheaters can do so even with multiple accounts.

Harassment and stalking are ignored, and if you can sell a bunch of big lies to the support that somebody threatened you with violence, and you can get any player banned.

For the new monster hunter game they hired (alleged) pedophile groomer mr.beast to promote this new stalking app, connecting more and more child predators to children they love to pray on.

With a paid subscription to keep doing so.

Dont have your children play ingress or pokemon go unsupervised. As Niantic isn't responsible if they might get abused or harmed.

I wish I could give negative stars I have liked pokemon go for two years now but I am currently thinking of quitting I was cheated out of two remote raid passes and 800 max particles (which I spent money on) because I could not even get a shake the pokemon escaped immediately. I was thinking of buying the new pass but I will never give them a dime again. I did not mind a raid pass here or there but two at almost $2 a pass and the 800 max particles back to back pissed me off. If I play more it will only be free to play.

Furchtbarer Support.... schon das zweite Mal gebannt worden obwohl ich keine Fremd Software nutze und mich an sämtliche AGB halte.... Support hilft nicht und verschickt nur Link Sammlungen per vorgefertigter Mail...

Pokémon GO hat sich leider sehr negativ entwickelt! Für Einzelspieler der fast ersten Stunde wie mich (kurz vor Level 47) hat es so gut wie keinen Sinn mehr weiter zu spielen! Beispiel: neu direkt vor unserem Haus erscheint heute ein Gigadynamax-Turt - Empfehlung: mit 10 Trainern gleichzeitig angreifen!
Ja geht’s noch?? Ein Mannschaftsbus! Das fällt ja schon bald unter das Versammlungsverbot! Dann seit neuestem die Gier nach zusätzlichen Geldzahlungen für irgendwelche Event Tickets! Auch das war noch vor kurzem völlig anders. Mal € 0,99 -
5,99. Jetzt schon völlig abgehobene Beträge von >€ 15,00! Die Spielregeln und Breite der Möglichkeiten sind für Neulinge dann auch viel zu komplex um noch Spaß zu haben!
Seit Corona leider nur noch eine Gelddruckmaschine! Ich werde mich so langsam zurückziehen! Leider, war viele Jahre ein nettes Spiel und hat auch zu mehr Bewegung beigetragen !

In game pricing keeps going up, game quality keeps getting worse. Every time they say they “fixed” the game it gets worse. Game lag, pvp battling issues & pay wall increases are making the game extremely frustrating for someone who loves the game and has played since 2016. I love the fact that they got me addicted to the game and keep finding new ways to make it worse.

Had the potential to be the greatest game on the market but the developers are greedy scum. Support is abysmal. The mechanics are a joke and some of the harebrained ideas they come up with are laughable. Myself and I'm sure MANY others could go on and on about the crap that comes out of niantics think box. I wish I could be face to face with the team so I could slap the daylight out of them, like they deserve.

Stupid money hungry developers who can’t make a simple video game honestly what a bunch of absolute imbeciles

Support is useless.

It took about 3 weeks of emails, for what should have been a simple problem for them to not resolve it.

This game sucks if you are not in a popular area, There is no one near me who plays to do Raids, Gyms, Dynamax Dens or Party up with.

Suggesting a new waypoint or editing takes way to long to get approved and it might not even appear in Pokemon go, but one of the other games they half ass.

Bug, bug, bug, money money money. This is Niantic now, i don't would play anymore

Systematisches werden älter Accounts gebannt nach einiger Zeit einfach permanent nie gegen irgendwelche Richtlinien verstoßen. Kam einfach perma Bann,das zeigt die Unfähigkeit von Niantic absolut,sie lösen keine Probleme sondern schaffen nur welche,man sollte absolut keinem Spiel von Niantic trauen,man bekommt kein Service und der Support ist nur ein hilfsbott! Ganz klar Daumen ganz nach unten

ein sehr geldgierig schlechtes und qualitativ ein horror spiel. wenn man pokemon liebt sollte man das spiel auf keinen fall herunterladen. pogo ist voller fehler und bugs. jedes event wirft neue probleme auf die bonise werden nicht freigeschaltet und sie willen das man nur nocj mit geld spielt. einfach nur traurig

What a joke of a company someone put my account eBay and steal my account and they don’t have phone number so can’t do nothing though email and it spent thousands of dollars on that account and a lot of time and work and travel all to in person go fest and event

I had an issue logging into my account that I had not played in like a 12ish months. It kept saying it did not exist and I triple checked everything.

I contacted support with my account name and they tell me I use facebook to log in with. I have not used facebook to log into pokemon go ever, I can't even the last time before this I logged into facebook.

So obviously I tell them "I don't use facebook to log in with. Has my account been hacked? has someone swapped the log in method?"

Word for word they say "We are sorry, we can't help with third-party account credential issue. For assistance, reach out to your login provider (like Google, Facebook, Apple, Pokémon Trainer Club).
If you want to keep playing Pokémon GO, you can create a new account. Just remember, you can't use a login method already linked to another Pokémon GO account."

I contact pokemon support and they basically tell me contact Niantic.

What a useless bunch
