The engineer turned up on time, was efficient and didn't leave a mess. This was for a boiler service. Not the cheapest but definitely OK.

We had our old Flo system stripped out and a new ATAG combi installed. The guys, Jacob and Liam, were great - they were friendly but just got on with it. At the end of the each day they left the place clean and tidy. They were even great with the huge puppy... No issues at all and would certainly recommend Nicholson's again.

They installed an ATAG boiler for me four years ago and carry out the annual services, and again my experience has been that they communicate clearly and politely, attend at the scheduled time, and carry out the work efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end.
Our boiler broke and we went into office where we met Ailsa who couldn't of been more helpful got somebody out within couple of hours for quote.
Then spoke to someone in office ( can't remember her name sorry) who managed to fit us in very quickly , which was very impressive to us as we had no hot water.
The two lads that came to do job John and Ciaran were amazing.
Very polite, informative tidy and hardworking.

We have used Nicholson to install and service our boiler for years and have always been pleased with their reliable, competent and friendly service.

Nicholson’s provided me with helpful information on various boiler replacement options, their pros and cons, which I complemented with my own research. Their quotation included a choice of boilers. I chose the ATAG iC Economiser 35 Plus, which matched the heat output of my previous boiler; I was impressed with its good reputation, large installation base, having a stainless steel heat exchanger and the unique flue gas heat recovery for hot water heating. It was fitted on schedule and within the day allocated. I wanted to use my existing two zone central heating controls, so did not have any other new controls fitted. The boiler was fitted neatly, even though the flue and pipework needed to match different orientations. The fitters were cheery, clean and tidy. The warranty registration (14 years parts and labour), gas safety and building control certificate all arrived the next day by email. I am very pleased with my choice.

When looking to replace our boiler we shopped around. None had the professional attitude and helpful manner that we received from Nicholson Heating Services. The installation was fast and as discussed, managing to work around the logistics of an old property. Four years later and the same professional and skilled engineers have serviced the boiler and supported through the initial teething of a new technology boiler. The care and attention they show is first class. They are never in the way and complete the services with minimal disruption. Even through Covid they were above and beyond with their approach. It’s been a pleasure and I can’t recommend highly enough.

I have used Nicholson services for many years and when they explained that my heating boiler needed replacing, I received a very helpful quote for various boilers. I decided to follow their recommendation of an ATAG boiler which was fitted quickly and efficiently. The workmen were friendly and did a good and tidy job of replacing the boiler. The hot water provided by the new boiler is much hotter than the previous one and hopefully the heating system will be just as effeicient.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice from John Nicholson snr on best make of boiler for our needs. Supplied and fitted promptly by Jacob and Liam. Two lovely lads, they never stopped and left the place spotless when they had finished. The job was a little awkward due to the location of our boiler within a cupboard but Jacob is very well qualified and his experience shone through. He did an amazing job with good humour throughout. Highly recommended.
