The branch were great at securing a courtesy vehicle for me at short notice. It wasn’t like for like, but the fact they tried speaks volumes.

we have been a customer of Northgate for approx 10 years and i have never in all that time been spoken to with the very bad attitude the lady had on the phone with me basically telling me she didn't care either about the situation, I obviously was not impressed and told her we were the customer and she should not be saying that, i asked to speak to the manager who did called me back. I a very surprised that a customer facing lady could have such a bad attitude

My van had to be recovered from… Borehamwood
My van had to be recovered from Borehamwood and I called ahead and spoke to Adam. Between him and me they both went above and beyond to get me a hire van sorted at short notice.
Very professional and extremely helpful without them and a hire van it would have caused me to get behind on my work.
Thanks Adam and moe and all at brent cross!!

I could not believe how quick I was back on the road. Saved me losing a day's money. Great service and great team down at Brent Cross. Big up Mo for working harder to get me on road quickly. Plus the guys in the office made my uncomfortable situation very comfortable. Could have asked for more

I came to Brent Cross to get my headlight and brake light bulbs changed and the team did it quickly and staff were very friendly and helpful as always.
